 AMERICA

Look around you; the elections, our divisions in society, morality and wealth…the fiscal bankruptcy of our government is too plain to see; and at the end of it all, the one thing we American’s agree upon is that our system of government has failed and to go forward we must change, because just as 32 empires have come and gone before, today, America’s empire is upon its own 4^th Turning.

I’d like to start by laying out the problem then sharing with you the anatomy and art of revolution to help draw a picture of the historic process we have entered.  I’ll then describe the only way out,… Liberty, its anatomy, the science behind it and the changes it creates in both foreign and domestic policy… can you imagine a world without war?  Because Liberty alone will unleash the full force of the human spirit as never before.

There are only two forms of government in our world.  One is when the government rules over the people, the other, when the People Rule over that government… there is nothing else.  When the government rules includes Communism, fascism, socialism and Democracy, all are categorized as the Statist State: 

Its diametric opposite is when the people rule over their government, this is called a State of Liberty.  Each defines the other by which it is not, a pure mathematical equation of logic and the theoretic basis upon which to establish a daily operating model of government…

Do you want to know what the real problem is???

We live in a cyclical world ruled by linear minds. 

Picture a business cycle… up, down, expansion, contraction of business; growth whose excess creates bankruptcies that tighten the ship, reset capital formation and set the stage for the next round of expansion…

Now take that cycle and beat it into submission with economic alchemy by forming a club where cash isn’t king, just cheap quantitative easing credit with a commitment to inflate the economy in an upward trajectory where inflation pays the bill and time renders failure and poor judgment a success… it’s the mantra and holy grail of soulless economists… buy the freacking dip.

If the Bureau of Lies and Statistics still used the economic models of the Reagan years it would show the United States in a depression for the past 15 years, a metric altered by Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich to create the illusion of balancing the budget, and just goes to show the destruction of America has been a bi-partisan affair.   

Now America is bankrupt, $20 trillion in the hole with a debt to GDP ratio over 100% at which point it becomes mathematically difficult to service debt, much less pay it down… so our linear rulers who have straightened out the cycle of our lives for their benefit… are at the end of our rope which they’re  burning from both ends on cheap credit and questionable cash flow, both of which unless you already have it, you’re not going to get it…

So it’s easy to see how this chasm between the wealth of have’s and have not’s has become a reality… and a fuse.

This is why history calls a governmental bankruptcy a revolution… it’s when the people have had enough.  An interesting side note on bankruptcies is they happen twice, first slowly, and then suddenly when we find ourself out on the street.  Revolutions are the same way.

 THE ANATOMY OF REVOLUTION

So let’s talk about the anatomy and art of revolution, because revolution is not the science that Liberty is comprised…

Crane Brinton’s 1938 classic, “Anatomy of a Revolution”, reviews the English, American, French and Russian revolutions breaking down each revolution into 4 different stages.

The first stage Brinton calls “the turning of the intellectuals”, when sufficient numbers of societies notables turn against the government, leading the masses to overthrow that old government in a historic event known as a tipping point.

The second stage begins with the installation of the replacement government Brinton calls the moderate government, which, when hampered by the systemic failure of the system it has inherited and under attacked from all other factions, both right and left who covet power, it too is finally overthrown. 

This begins the third stage and marks a major escalation in violence, which can easily evolve into a civil war as the fighting spreads across the nation…

The entire process ends in the 4^th stage called a Thermidor, or cooling off period that lasts a generation, as the faction that lost the least consolidates their control.   But there are no winners in a revolution and the precarious winner is compelled to turn all power over to a strong man/fascist state, another statist state in order to survive, because in the end, the entire process is a senseless meat grinder.

Revolution is not an exacting process and conditions and events create different realities depending up those conditions.  As an example, the United States did not experience the fratricide of England, France or Russia, because in the US, there was little division in the population because the enemy was 3000 miles away, further there was no real threat of outside interference as seen in the French and Russian revolutions.

I would present to you that the 1^st stage of our current American revolution occurred during the campaigns of Bernie and Trump, and that the tipping point was November 8^th, and that the 2^nd stage began on January 20^th.   As I mentioned, forecasting a revolution is an art, and so I would add 2 contemporary notes of great concern:

Whereas there was little division amongst American’s in 1776, a huge chasm divides America today, second, America’s revolt November 8^th was not a ‘turning of the intellectuals’, but just the opposite, a revolution generated from the grass roots level pitting the deplorables against the systemic failure of a highly organized governing system and propaganda.

And whether you’re a Trumpite or Berniesta it doesn’t matter, because you’re already locked into one of only two system of government leaving only one alternative available… and that is a State of Liberty, when the people rule over their government.

Considering that 32 statist empires have been destroyed over recorded millennia, it all begins to play into Einstein’s definition of insanity doesn’t it, repeating the same mistake over and over expecting a different result?

Or is time to set aside the control of the linear mind and embrace the cyclical, to free mankind from the linear restrictions of man.  To free each person, every individual to be all they can be, unrestricted from the collateral damage of cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men with access to power…. 

So our objective is to cut the access to power by the few, by granting it to all.  Can such a refuge, a political Eden, exist?  And if so, what does it look like, how does it work… and… how do we get back to the Garden…

HISTORY

First, let’s take a look at where we have been.

A State of Liberty originally existed in America in 1789 and was called “The Great Experiment”, a democratic republic, a balance between the swaying mob rule of a democracy restrained by the altruistic authority of Plato’s Guardian in “The Republic”. 

Liberty was first established in our Declaration of Independence, which was crafted around the concept of a government ruled by the Consent of the Governed.  It’s first go round fell short in the Articles of Confederation due to the lack of sufficient centralization to bind the states together.

These short comings where remedied in the Constitutional Convention of 1787, the result of which is our U.S. Constitution, a federalization of states powers into a whole, but structured as a daily governing model of systematic decentralization designed to push the decision making powers of government closer to the people; It’s two fold purpose to 1) allow the quantitative mind of all the people to guide their government, and 2) to simultaneously denying the reins of power to those cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men and women, who would otherwise hold sway over all.

But today, we live in a nation where the peoples power has been tranched and usurped to the executive branch, its agencies, the Federal Reserve Bank and even the court

It is this anticipation that caused Abraham Lincoln to warn…

Don’t interfere with anything in the Constitution. That must be maintained, for it is the only safeguard of our liberties. And not to Democrats alone do I make this appeal, but to all who love these great and true principles.

LIBERTY

The problem with Liberty today is if you ask 100 people to define it, you will get 100 different answers, yet there is only one answer…

Liberty is a government ruled over by its people through a constitutional (social) contract, whose decentralizing process guarantees the Consent of the Governed, and through it, guarantees to each individual their personal freedom to live a life un-coerced by those who would otherwise exert their control.

What went wrong then with the Spirit of ’76 and its governance within a State of Liberty, known as the “Great Experiment”…  what went wrong?

There were a few problems.  The first was America’s misunderstanding of the magnitude of the dialectic opposition against Liberty by the statist state; this created the second problem, the total miscalculation of the strategy of isolationism, which only served to played into the dialectic of the enemy.   Free of attack by the superior force of Liberty, it was free to attack Liberty instead, and so it did compromising the French revolution while tying America into knots through manipulation of its money supply via the 1^st US Bank.

Finally, no one really understood the Great Experiment because no one had any experience operating such a novelty, it was all new.  Based upon the separation of powers it was contingent upon the Consent of the Governed, with all the powers to create our laws and money set firmly into the hands of the peoples Congress as well established in Article I of our Constitution. 

What no one understood, was the unintended consequence of allowing any powers of Congress to be granted to any agency, and this remains the constant battle ever since because it makes null and void any possible Consent of the Governed.

The tyrants seed was sown early on by self serving federalists in our government like Alexander Hamilton, American’s first neocon, but primarily by Chief Justice John Marshall’s rulings, which unconstitutionally amended those provisions used to transfer power away from the peoples Congress and into the hands of cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men.

 NOW I’M REALLY GOING TO BORE YOU

Marshall’s two landmark rulings are Marbury v Madison 1803, and McCulloch v Maryland 1819, both of which opened a foothold for the professional sociopath to seize the power to deny American’s right to rule and our birthright to the prosperity and freedom inherent to a State of Liberty.

Marbury has since been used to expand the courts power to not only over rule Congress, but to write its laws, powers never imagined for the court.

In McCulloch v Maryland, Justice Marshall unambiguously kicked open the wholesale theft of the peoples powers of Congress by conveniently ignoring the word “Proper” in the Necessary and Proper Clause of Article I, Sec 9 of our Constitution.

 PROPER: FILED UNDER WORDS MUST MEAN SOMETHING IN A NATION OF LAWS

In doing so, Marshall amended our Constitution extra-constitutionally to now read, the Necessary, but not Necessarily Proper Clause, flinging open the door for the theft of our nations birthright.

So what does the word “Proper” mean in a State of Liberty?  Both the Federalist Papers and Madison’s notes on the Convention are broad and non-committal save in the Federalists, which admits the word Proper should be prejudiced in favor of the states over that of the federal government.

Still devoid of meaning, I turned to President Washington to see if he had anything to say upon the subject and he doesn’t let us down….

In his Farewell Address to the Nation, Washington recalls the one major mistake he made during his presidency, and that was to allow the charter of a power of Congress to an agency outside of Congress, in this case, it was America’s first experiment with a private central bank, the 1^st US Bank.

In a warning reminiscent of President Eisenhowers admonition against the Military Industrial Complex, Washington warned that despite the best intentions, such assignment of power always end up in the hands of “cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men” and that this, “is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.”

SO MUCH FOR THE RULE OF LAW

The eventual result has been the unconstitutional overthrow of the United States and her stakeholders, we the people, from a State of Liberty to the statist state of being ruled by our government.

Today, 90% Ninety percent of our laws are either made by a public, independent or private agency and never see the light of day in Congress.  Instead, these laws are reviewed by a While House office of faceless bureaucrats holding hearings with no notes, no recordings, no transcripts and no Freedom of Information Act.

It’s called the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs and has created the Imperial Presidency becoming a clearing house for lobbyist contributions to the presidents party in order to buy the best laws money can buy… unless it’s an independent agency like the FDA, the SEC or the private corporation- The Federal Reserve Bank… that’s how Monsanto, big pharma, big banks and Wall Street get away with murder,… they buy direct.  

Our only hope for America, for all mankind, is to change a corrosive antiquated system steeped in the illusions of security, and to re-establish a State of Liberty so that we may govern ourselves and enjoy the freedom and share the wealth of its bounty unbound by those linear minds who will otherwise drive us and our future into their pockets.

I know,… you’re wondering about the garden… first, I’d like to explain how we get back to the garden, then how it works and what it changes so you can finish the portrait of Liberty in your mind.  

 LIBERTY LEGISLATION

I have selected 4 bills before Congress today and one Amendment together comprising 3 Acts of Congress, that will restore all the powers of the people back to a Congress over which we will rule.  I call it Liberty Legislation, and Liberty Legislation must become the litmus test for anyone asking for our vote.  If they support these bills, we support them.  If they deny our birthright, we will deny them. 

We don’t need candidates, the candidates need us. 

 TERM LIMITS

First up is everyones dream, an Amendment for Term Limits; If there is one thing all American’s agree upon is term limits for all members of Congress.  If we are to be a nation of citizens, professional politicians are an anathema and requires no further explanation.

END THE FED

 This is followed up with 4 bills before Congress today: the first is best known as House Bill 24; an audit of the Federal Reserve Banks roll in the housing bailout in 2010.  It’s a snap shot of unbridled corruption repulsive to every American and will end the private Federal Reserve, their weapon of financial destruction – fiat money and terminate the concentrated wealth of our ruling .01%.  

 WRITE THE LAWS

The next 3 bills are known as Write the Laws Act.  The first, SB 1663 requires that all laws must be passed by the Congress, and has been augmented by the REINS Act, which recently passed the House on Jan 6^th.  SB 1664 requires that only one item can be attached to a bill, so that there are no more omnibus bills ladened with pork.  The last bill, SB 1665 requires that each bill before final vote, be read on the floor of each house before it is voted on. 

These bills will end the practice of passing 1250 page health care laws no one reads and loaded down with lobbyist favors, with the next 20,000 pages to be written by lobbyists under the auspice of an agency.  It means the end of 70,000 page tax laws that consume millions of unproductive work hours that would otherwise generate real wealth and jobs in America. 

 RESTORE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED

Most important, these 3 bills mean that the issues important to every day Americans like you and me will be paraded out in the open for all to see, our representatives will have to vote open and notorious for our scrutiny and the restoration of the Consent of the Governed will be at hand.

 DOMESTIC IMPACT

First, Congress won’t have the time to do both their jobs and encroach upon the powers of the states and so restores the 10^th Amendment; this is a fine example of the cause and effect that a State of Liberty installs, or as Washington said, Liberty, once taken root, is a plant of rapid growth, because it will move through America like a wild fire.

 We will see a number of federal agencies disappear; their powers to be taken up by our 50 respective states whose mirror agencies are already established and staffed.  What is more efficient to America, 50 states working on the same problem, or one federal government, centralized and easily accessed by the plague of lobbyists?

 THE ORDERLY REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK

Foremost will be the orderly removal and replacement of the Federal Reserve Bank.  The FED will be replaced by a publicly held by Congress American Reserve Bank organized upon the precepts of New England’s Suffolk Bank from 1816 to 1860, in conjunction with a classical gold standard.  Technocrats and economists will tell you that it can’t be done, but it’s all been done before and it was wildly successful. 

 Cash is freedom and the statist state hates cash.  Because in a State of Liberty the people not only rule over their government, but also over our money; it is the death knell of super wealth and eradicates the gulf between have and have not’s, restores the dying middle class and revitalizes the American Dream… so that you’ll no longer have to be asleep to believe it.

 FOREIGN POLICY: THE PEACE OF FREEDOM

The big pay-off however is in foreign policy… I call it the Peace of Freedom and it makes war obsolete at incredible savings.  Have you ever wondered how America can ever make good on social security and provide healthcare, education and a meaningful life for all… it cannot be done in a world at war, and a State of Liberty is the only way to end it.

 For a time we’ll have to maintain a strong defense, but offensive operations will come to an end as the entire strategy of war requires us to attack a nations tyrant not through bombs, but through the tyrants own people whom he oppresses.

 Attack any nation and they will flock to their tyrant’s standard.  But show them the change in America and they will want it for themselves.  Each day their tyrant will grow weaker trying to compete against a United States of America steeped in the growing bounty, wealth and freedom of Liberty until he is powerless to strike out at neither his people, nor the United States of America.

 OUR ONLY CHOICE

Our world is at a crossroad.  We must either change the ways of centuries and advance to meet our full potential, or we will be destroyed because we lacked the courage to put the past behind.

TRUTH IS TREASON IN THE EMPIRE OF LIES…

Our report today focuses on the struggle for power as the realities of a Trump presidency on January 20^th, sink into those who have manipulated the reins of power for 28 years.  Having thrown all but an assassin at Trump, each attack has failed even more spectacularly than those before it, until it has become necessary to unleash the propaganda powers of the CIA into the false narrative of “fake news”, with Putin’s Russiain its cross-hairs, ratcheting up the game to censorship and silence of the growing truth exposed by an ever expanding alt-media to an ever accepting public.

Just as certain their narrative will fail as has every action since Nov 8^th, what is most troubling such action by the CIA means there is no going back; to me, this marks a commitment to defer the incoming president and they mean business.  It’s not only the Russian narrative but the co-ordination with Main Stream Media and the “Fake News” “Truth is Lies” campaign.

To the credit of the American people, few outside those blinded progressives have bought into the Russian card, yet very few of our rulers inside Washington’s Belt Way care, and have double downed by reverting back to CIA black op “Mockingbird” tactics and propaganda tricks for churning out tactical lies and misdirection in homage to Orwell’s axiom that,  “Truth is Treason in the Empire of Lies…”

This epitomizes America today as we have become that Empire of Lies; but because of the Trump election, parts of that Empire have become so threatened that elements within our ruling fabric have no choice but to throw in their final reserves, which include the rouge element within our military, security agencies, legislators and cabinet officials.

We begin with the supposition that if an incoming president elect intends to burn you at the stake, you’re not going to survive; so with no alternative, it’s march or die.

So when we see the CIA lead the false charge of a Russian/Trump conspiracy along with a campaign to censorship the alt-right media through their long established Main Stream Media machine of “Fake News” you know the die is cast; there is no turning back.  It’s all or nothing.  They must defeat Trump, by any means by their own admissive action., and this has to include assassination… and it’s not like the military/CIA has  never done this sort of thing before… both at home and abroad. They’ve tried every trick, pushed every button, but have met failure at every turn.  First they attempted public riots against Trump and when it failed, they first began to badger electors, and when that didn’t work, to cajoul them at the same time Jill Stein was walking point for a recount, which only confirmed that a sea of voter fraud exists in the oceans of large cities that supported Hillary Clinton 3 million vote surplus calling into question even this progressive metric of victory… it’s a losing hand at every step… it’s called desperation, and desperation calls for desperate actions.

Totally frustrated, el Presidente’ O’Bummerman has taken to throwing temper tantrums from Russia to Tel Aviv, from the Atlantic shoreline to deserts in Las Vegas all with the purpose to road block the incoming Trump administration in a last gasp power drive to build a new legacy to hide his own wreckage of ineptitude and avarice.

THE CURTAIN DROPS ON JANUARY 20^TH 2017.

Since the Electoral College elected Trump on Dec. 19^th, the last 30 days of this administration has embarked upon a suicide mission.  Without a single fact of proof the administration has turned American foreign & domestic policy on its ear backed by a unrepentant cabal of neocon senators and congressmen. 

Our question is what is it that drives such passion to such extremes?

JULIAN ASSANGE AND WIKILEAKS

It’s impossible to argue against wikileaks as our starting point, after all it is through wikileaks that besieged Washington contends Russia manipulated our elections via their alleged hacking of the DNC, Hilary Clinton and her retinue et al, which Russia then allegededly turned over to wikileaks,…

Which/// Julian Assange, and others in wikileaks, specifically deny, going so far as to offer a $20,000 reward for information on the killers of Seth Rich, the DNC server tech, who was robbed, brutally beaten and then shot dead, but left with his watch, phone and wallet… in what amounted to a typical Clinton era suicide…

Back to wikileaks and Julian Assange… the question is why, after years of tormenting governments around the world and being the conduit for the release of Ed Snowden’s whistleblower documents from the protection only Russia was willing to afford…

suddenly Assange get’s shut down on October 16^th, after he had already eviscerated Hillary Clinton and anyone associated with the DNC or Clinton Foundation…

because suddenly, not only was Julian Assange’s internet access terminated on the 16^th, so was Julian Assange, as we were to later learn from Anonymous,  who reported Assange was kidnapped and spirited away in a CIA BLACK Operation that shut down the entire diplomatic sector of London to vehicular and internet traffic.  Assange was then convoyed to a Heathrow and flown to a military base in North Carolina.

This caused the shutdown of wikileaks by pre-arranged Assange code words and the CIA attempted to commandeer wikileaks news releases while there was a total blackout on Assange until he somehow mysteriously appeared on Fox News 2 month later to confirm that Russia did not supply the HRC/DNC emails to wikileaks, and that now, he, Julian Assange was now living under house arrest at a friends home in the English countryside. 

Incredible,… what the hell happened?  One day Julian Assange is in the Ecuadorian Embassy and gone the next leaving his beloved cat in the window, when POOF!… 4 and one half years after living under asylum in Ecuador’s London Embassy and 60 days after he was kidnapped, he’s suddenly under house arrest somewhere in the English countryside, .  No transition, no story, no Swedish prosecutor, nothing about jumping bail… a total news blackout…

 WTF!!!

and we’ve yet to hear from Assange since then…extraordinary. 

Where is the outrage America?  This is the guy who shared the truth of the DNC cabal of vampires descending upon America to inform a kept in the dark American public before the election, and then disappears with nary a peep from an ungreatful nation.  Ditto for all the Berniesta’s who sleep easy while Seth Rich, who shared the DNC’s attacks upon their hallowed candidate to wikileaks, sleeps alone 6 feet below the turf that snowflakes take for granted.  Where is the outrage? 

Is it any wonder our ruling elites treat us like mushrooms and call us sheep?  

Well we like sunshine and don’t grass at The Daily Lie of Omission, and logic dictates we draw our attention to the wikileaks releases leading up to October 16^th 2016 date of termination, under the thesis that after so many years of pulling the donkey’s tail, did Julian Assange finally pull on something much more sensitive?  Much more damaging???

Further logic directs our focus to the latest release of emails closest to Oct 16^th, and this brings us to the 39,000 plus emails of John Podesta.  And it is in John Podesta’s emails that we find Cosmic Pizza and Podesta’s coded references to not just child pornography, but child rape, BDSM and opens the door to the possibility of Satanic rites in cannabalism and human sacrifice.

Now I know what you’re thinking, that is some pretty crazy shit.  But this story is also the one where we first witnessed the introduction of a typical CIA tactical “fake news” black op narrative that was instantly picked up by Main Stream Media directed to shut down the exploding alternative media’s reporting on Pizzagate, which was also censored by Reddit providing a tsumani of misdirection’s pilling up in our IN BOX here at the Daily Lie of Omission…

So when they tell us not to look here, as a researcher and reporter, I have an obligation to look even closer…  and no matter how its bizarre nature my seem, I have an obligation to push deeper until I can find some answers.

Building with the pizzagate background provided by Kristan T Harris “American Intelligence Report Group”, we begin with the fact that Cosmic Ping Pong Pizza is grouped with 3 elite owned pizza parlors on the same block in Washington DC, which up until Pizzagate, displayed symbols of child/adult sexual relationships on their websites.  The owner of both Cosmic Pizza and Best Pizza is James Alaphontous, held under Big Pizza LLC.  Alaphontous is listed as the 49^th most influential person in Washington DC.  The 3^rd parlor, the Carosual is the one featuring the girl/woman love insignia where Hillary Clinton held a fundraiser.

 Further, each of these pizza parlors had held fundraisers or parties for both Hillary and Obama campaigns, with 2 other adjacent businesses owned by a Clinton speech writer and a Haitian Refugee service with direct ties to the Clinton Foundation, and a natural source of refugee children.

What has caught the eye of so many people in John Podesta’s emails to aid Susan Sandler, are some of the nonsensical phrases of “Do you think Dominoes would be better on cheese than on pasta”, or his references to “Ice cream” and “tempting assortment of cheeses”.  These terms only make sense when translated under the code words common to pedophiles and the very perverted world of sex crimes against children.  Briefly, this soulless practitioners vocabulary translates cheese pizza as being small girls; pasta means small boys: dominos is BDSM; sauce means orgy; Ice cream a male prostitute and a hankerchief is code for any number of BDSM acts according to the color of that hankerchief. 

Further, there are symbols used to advertize adult/child sex that were displayed on the websites of both Besta Pizza and Carousel pizza websites prior to the revelations of wikileaks release of John Podesta’s emails. 

What I found must disturbing comes from the Harris report are the Cosmic Pizza art shows featuring the works of Kim Noble shown here.   I’ll let the viewer form their own judgement as to their worth, but let me describe to you what you are looking at.

Here is a picture of the artist, KIM NOBLE, who has obviously lead a very hard life and has been diagnosed with multiple personality disorder, most likely the result of unfathomable abuse she shares in her art and endured during her life time.  

Allegedly connecting these pizza parlors are secret rooms and tunnels where the passage of kidnapped victims and their predators could freely move about, and immediately after this story surrounding the Washington DC Cosmic Pizza complex began to unfold,…  

Cosmic Ping Pong Pizza was attacked by a young man from North Carolina’s by the name of Edgar Maddison Welch, armed with an AR 15 and 38 revolver.

After scaring everyone out of the building, to which even the pizza hut employees agreed he never pointed the gun at them, he shot the place up a bit trying to shoot one locked door open, and having failed to open the door, looked over it only to view an empty room, as Welch would be allowed to later report. 

Things I find unusual the official handling of Welch’s attack:

1) Immediately upon his surrender, we see Welch walking from the pizza parlor with his hands laced over his head in what appears to be following a Hollywood script… while in the real world the minute this guy stepped out of the building he would have been on the bottom of a pile of blue uniforms and twisted like a pretzel… It’s almost like he wrote the ending himself… and it’s quite possible that he did, as Edgar Maddison Welch is listed in the imbd.com film industry website as a actor/writer/flunky…. 

2) His performance was then topped off with Welch being given airtime to confess as he was lead away that he was sorry, and he didn’t know the Cosmic Pizza story  was really “Fake News” in his words, and that he apologized for being taken in by the “Fake News”. 

This is the match that really lit the “Fake News” fuse and kicked off the false narrative the MSM promotes ad infinitium and expanded with all the fingerprints one would expect to find in CIA mockingbird styled propaganda op…

3) The next we hear from this young man is just prior to Chirstmas in another public confession, when Welch is allowed to describe how he searched for tunnels, trap doors and hidden rooms but found nothing nothing nothing. Which I find unbelievable, unbelievable unbelievable.

You might think I’m pulling at straws here but humor me, because dig we must…

I mean, just the thought that this young man can walk out of a shot up pizza parlor in Washington DC without being flattened under a pile of black and blue uniforms is not reality.  It all becomes surreal when he’s allowed to make a statement that follows the propaganda narrative of being fooled by a “fake news” story and that he’s very sorry… 

That’s not how prosecutors and defense attorney’s work and this is a big story,… so why do we hear so little, and then so scripted… well America, it’s because it’s a script.  Do you understand?

The only fools here are those who swallow this garbage.  Even moreso  with a second statement weeks later alleging there are no secret rooms and tunnels at Cosmic Pizza, proof positive that there can be no pedophilia/kidnap/sacrificial  satanic cabal involved… and that indirectly, this somehow exonerates that group of John Podesta’s emails out of the uncontested truth of hundreds of thousands of  emails of HRC, THE DNC, Humin Abulin and John Podesta, et al — published by wikileaks // where no one has questioned their truth before…,

now suddenly and indirectly…. these few emails of John Podesta, unlike all the other emails… we are now supposed to believe these John Podesta emails are fakes, lies, not the truth,… not by denial mind you, but by insinuation, by a young man who aspires to write scripts for movies where the lone gunman walks out of the building under siege with his hands over his head without a cop within 20 feet of him guns drawn.  Really?

A hero, a legend in the making… and all purely manufactured lies.

What utter and unmitigated bullshit…    every other wikileaks email is the truth, but not the most horrendous emails of John Podesta…  what utter bullshit.

If you still think this soup is too thin, step back and let me throw some raw meat into this boiling pot///  let’s take a hard look at the other Podesta brother, Tony, a lobbyist who represents not only some of America’s biggest corporations, but Saudi Arabia for big dollars, because Tony is the other half of two of the most powerful men in Washington DC, in America, and the world,///

It’s all pretty sick but I’m going to take you on a tour of Tony Podesta’s art collection, and I use the term lightly because its nothing but child pornography, painted obviously to a trained eye for art… from photographs and goes fathoms beyond being defined as just disturbing, perverted and sick.  It’s criminal, and as we’ll see, the Podesta’s crimes are far reaching.

Here is the alleged “artwork” displayed by Washingtonian Magazine of Tony and Heather Podesta’s art collection.  To any trained eye familiar with various styles of painting, these are illustrations copied from photographs,

Here we see this circular group of young girls posed on the tiled floor of an empty swimming pool, or this very disturbing picture of a young boy hung upon a tile wall, understanding that tiled and drained surfaces are much easier to clean up the blood from any murder/torture scene.

Again, here are illustrations drawn from photographs of dead young girls in a swamp where waters covers the crime… and while child pornography in photographs is a crime as we all well know, it is apparently not when they are illustrations of child pornography drawn from those photographs.  In my mind, these paintings are from photo’s taken by Tony Podesta and amount to trophy’s, much as a hunter would mount a 10 point buck.

It’s interesting to note that Tony Podesta also wears a trademark fashion of red shoes or boots, very strange in a Washington DC attired world of $2000 suits and polished Italian leather.  Yet this would not be unusual for a dedicated Satanist and even more so for a child pedophile that has sacrificed a child.  Apparently, red shoes is a sick reference to Dorthy’s ruby slippers in The Wizard of Oz in reference to going “Over the Rainbow”, signifying the completion of an the initiation of a blood sacrificial rite dating back to the Canaanites and Sodom and essential to Satanic worship.

Another unusual practice of Tony and Heather Podesta was exhibited at the 2008 and 2012 Democratic conventions, as they both wore a large red L on their jackets.  And while this could arguably stand for Lobbyists, because that’s what the Podesta’s called themselves, in the Satanic Church, a large red L would stand for Lucifer, kind of like a Christian would wear a cross or large cross on their jacket or blouse at a Republican Convention. 

Remember, people think and say what they see and hear… doesn’t everyone believe Leah Remini when she reports Tom Cruise and Scientology is a giant cult of wealth and power that puts its members into businesses and movies and practices mind control techniques?  Does anyone question that Jews prefer to do business with other jews, , or Christians with Christians, or Muslims with Muslims. 

Why not Satanist helping Satanists, especially when their rites are so far outside our nations laws, all humanity and the ethos of our Judeo-Christian Western civilization? 

We have reports from child stars Corey Haim and Elija Wood about pedophilia in Hollywood.  Then there is Bohemian Grove north of San Francisco, western headquarters for the Satanic Church and home of numerous satanic reports.  One such report was the Polly Klaas kidnap/murder/rape that was committed nearby… what wasn’t widely reported was the Klaas body when found had been drained of blood.

Then there is attorney John De Camp’s book, “The Franklin Cover-Up”, of his lawsuits to unmask the political fundraising of the failed Franklin Credit Union in Lincoln Nebraska that lay at the center of a NAMBLA man/boy love pedophilia ring that stretched from Boy’s Town in Nebraska to Washington DC,///

 which gets woven into the same social fabric of the same government operatives running the arms for cocaine CIA weapons traffic to San Salvador during the Nicarauguan war in the 1980’s, //

where so much cocaine was coming into Mena Airport in Clinton’s Arkansas that it had to be stuffed into Tyson frozen chickens and trucked to LA, to be processed into crack cocaine that flooded LA’s Watt’s neighborhood leading to riots, all of which was reported by Gary Webb, who later died of a suicide by shooting himself in the head with a 38 revolver… TWICE.

And as we begin to connect the dots a scene develops that is increasingly hard to dismiss, especially when De Camp shares the response of a despondent judge who dismissed his case against the Franklin Credit Union, comparing it privately to De Camp as a variation of the story of Bill Budd, an impressed seaman in the British Navy, who is selected as a mutineer and hung when a wave of mutiny rose within the service in order to save a corrupt Naval command structure.

A poor excuse for cowardice, but I can’t say I haven’t seen it from the bench all too often…

Remember Jerry Sandusky of Penn State?  Philidelphia and Pennsylvania are a major center for pedophiles in high places and Sandusky is the tip of an iceberg.  How about Denny Hastert former Speaker of the House?  Remember him?

And how does the American public ignore the relentless investigation of the Sandy Hook massacre by Wolfgang E Halbig, that the Sandy Hook massacre that occurred at a school without internet access that was empty and used as a storage facility for desks and chairs from around the school district, whose purpose was to create a false flag to instigate stricter gun control just like the Dept of InJustice attempted in its Fast & Furious operation early in the Obama adminstration, that led directly to the death of a US Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry…,

It should be no surprise that Sandy Hook is located in Newtown Conn, the home of the eastern US Satanic Church, much the same way Wheaton Illinois is Mecca to north American Christianity.

Now if you think the soup has gotten thick enough to stir, let me solidify it with this pairing of the Podesta brothers along side the police composite illustration of the two men who had been seen around the Portuguese villa where the unsolved kidnapping of Madeline McCann took place in 2007… 

She was most likely the victim of sacrifice, because of her notoriety, she became far too hot a property to let live..

It’s all starting to sink in a bit now, isn’t it…  at least enough to make us start to question everything, and well we should, because everything is at stake, isn’t it?

What did Breitbart know about the Podesta’s and Soros?  Probably what you now know, and probably a lot more….

We know Breitbart had threatened to vet Obama in the 2012 race at a CPAC convention accusing the 2008 press as having given Obama a free ride.  A month before he died of an alleged heart attack, he had dinner at convicted terrorist and murderer Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernadette Dorn, another convicted criminal in the robbery and murder of a brinks security guard.  Somehow Breitbart had finagled entry to a dinner at the Ayers home in Chicago, compliments of an Ayers fund raising auction won by TV personality, Carson Tucker.   This is the same Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dorn that Breitbart accused of being one of the gray ponytails of plotting Obama’s rise to power in the 1980’s, in his address to CPAC.

Breitbart was famous for breaking new ground in news reporting.  It was Breitbart who secretly recording an interview with ACORN operatives on breaking voter registration laws and led to its demise, ditto for Planned Parenthood… It’s hard to believe that Breitbart wouldn’t have missed an opportunity to do the same thing at the Ayers dinner.  How hard would it have been for Breitbart to bait the Ayers and friends into loosing control of their tongues… maybe even record it…

I mean that is what Andrew Breitbart did for a living.   

Even Bannon said it was a tragic mistake of Breitbart to telegraph his official vetting of President Obama because it put the entire DeepState on notice, I mean how many times can you walk into the lions den announced before you get eaten?

Good or bad, right or wrong, one month later, Andrew Breitbart, 43 years old, was dead, collapsing in front of his in-laws with his skin turned beet red, versus the gray pale of a heart attack on the night before he was to release tapes that was to end, President Obama’s campaign for a 2^nd term;

and then 30 days after that, his coroner, Michael Cormier was dead one day before he was to release Breitbart’s autopsy… with Cormier dying of acute Arsenic poisoning, which today remains unexplained and unsolved.

Yet when the tapes were released, there was only one tape, and a rather lame one at that,… and taking over Breitbart news was Steve Bannon who said that was all there was,… no more tapes….  still others inside Breitbart reported there were a lot more video’s; so it would seem that Bannon was smart enough to pick his fights, and that is what scares our ruling deepstate to the core of its ruling elite that are losing their control over America on January 20^th. 

Steve Bannon is back and he’s here to chew bubble gun and kick ass,… and in the words of the late Rowdy Roddy Piper, … he’s all out of bubble gum…

What was on the unreported Breitbart tapes that would stop Obama’s re-election???  Well according to a self proclaimed former CIA covert op by the name of Jim Garrow, what Breitbart was going to report was that President Obama was both a communist and an Islamic agent of Saudi Arabia.  Further, that not only did the president have Breitbart killed, but also Michael Hastings (of Benghazi fame) and novelist James Clancy, who was allegedly writing a novelized version of the Breitbart themed Obama/Communist/Saudi agent story line. 

After all, didn’t Obama bow to the Saudi King when he visited Saudi Arabia soon after he was elected?  Isn’t Soros and the Saudi’s the biggest contributors to the Clinton’s?  Aren’t the Saudi’s front and center in human trafficking and directly involved in the support of both al Qaeda and ISIS?  And who but the prophet Mohammad declared the home town of Wahhabi Islam and heart of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the NADJ, to be the Horn of Satan?

Was it not Saudi Arabia that supplied the cannon fodder to allegedly carry out a sophisticated attack of the Twin Towers on 9/11, to which thousands of American architects and engineers have become signatories to the www.ae911truth.org reports that 9/11 was an inside job committed by our ruling Deepstate?

Does any of this upset you?  It should, because it shakes the very foundation upon which we lead our lives.  And while most American’s have enjoyed a free ride to date, we can’t expect a nation built upon lies to continue on unscathed.  No, not when you consider history defines a revolution as a governments bankruptcy of its people.

Garrow went further to repeat early news leaks that Obama had lead a purge of the US military with the litmus test being whether an officer would order his troops to fire upon US citizens…  and through the lens of The Daily Lie of Omission, this is why we see so many military men being brought up into positions of power in the Trump presidency.  It is a prelude to rolling back this Obama purge of the US military machine and no small wonder why Trump has gone after Northrop and Boeing, a large part of the Military Industrial Complex… it’s a heads up that business as usual is officially ended.  

… oh yes, another revelation from Garrow was the president was gay and routinely had young boys brought to him in the White House. …which starts lining up with some of the uncontested emails of John Podesta and satanic child pedophilia story line surrounding a heavily politicized neighborhood of pretty disgusting pizza parlors in Washington DC.

So the soup gets a little thicker and forces us to take a look at Michele/Michael Obama for proof of this… and as the truth would have it, random photographs, unless they come from NASA, seldom lie.

Here’s one of Michele/Michael Obama’s Adam’s apple, allegedly shaved down like Bruce Jenner did, but still clearly visible.  Looking deeper still, The Daily Lie of Omission took a look at the skeletal differences between a man and a woman and we looked at two features that distinguish a man from a woman… the length of a mans ring finger vs the index finger of a woman and the shoulder width of a man vs a woman in ratio to the width of their heads.

On a man, the ring finger is longer than the index finger, and on a woman, the index finger is longer on a woman than the ring finger would be on a man.  Here is a picture of Mrs Obama with her right hand visibly against her right… chest it would appear by the length of Mrs Obama’s ring finger. 

NEXT!   We took a look at the size of Mrs Obama’s head in ratio to her shoulder width… a man’s shoulders are equal to 3 times the width of his head, on a woman, that ratio is 2.5 times.  Here we see Mrs Obama’s head to shoulder ratio is 3x that of the head.  There are other photo’s depicting other anatomical abnormalities on the internet depicting Michael Obama’s true gender, but they’re kind of creepy, besides, I believe we’ve proven a point. 

Joan Rivers was right and for being a member of the privileged elite and verbalizing a major faux pa she paid that bill with her life, albeit with much less resignation than Andrew Breitbart, Michael Cormier, Michael Hasting or Tom Clancy… and a lot of others… have paid…  but then, she was a member of the club,… and we everyday grass roots American’s aren’t allowed in.

All the while, Steven K. Bannon waited patiently in the weeds, looking for the right time to pick his fight.

I see Breitbart’s death as key to the panic setting into not only the outgoing administration, but key government employees like James Brenner of the CIA, James  Clapper of the NSA, James Commie of the FBI and members of Congress… like Lindsey Graham (who has a girls name) and John McCain, as well as the Clinton’s, Hollywood and every other member of their exclusive club of crony corporations, our ruling elites… and especially the Podesta’s… and anyone else caught in their metaphysical inferno.

So if you’re asking me just what the hell does all this have to do with a rush to terminate the Trump presidency before it can get started? 

And my answer is Steve Bannon, who was working with Breitbart and took over Breitbart news upon his death.    It’s no small wonder Bannon has been pilloried by the press, slandered in no small measure, and so the The Daily Lie of Omission went to take a hard look at Steve Bannon.

Bannon has made some controversial statements in the past and present, but if you really want to understand where Bannon, and therefore Trump, are coming from, I would direct you to this give and take, question and answer interview that Bannon participated in via skype with the Human Dignity Institute at the Vatican in 2014… here’s the link, and it will be posted on the electanewcongress.com blog page.

In the interim, let me try to summarize Bannon’s view of the world…

Bannon believes that what allowed America to successfully win two world wars was really the Judeo-Christian capitalistic ethics of Western civilization vs Atheists/satanist…. 

And that since the end of Cold War I in 1989, that Judeo-Christian ethic has been destroyed by Atheist/Satanic neocons who, as I explain in my book in the history of the Neocon, they have created, just as Hitler’s satanic Nazi movement did in the 1930’s, a new enemy in the Islamic war of jihaed, and to win it, America must retrench ourselves into that Judeo-Christian Western mindset of true capitalism vs the crony capitalist Deep State of atheistic satanism.

It’s the time sworn battle of good vs evil, a term we should expect to hear more often as the Trump administration takes control, because to lose,  we will eradicate every good that Western Civilization has  bequeathed to the world over the past 2000 years, contending, and quite rightly so, that today, America is on the throes of a very brutal conflict against this new barbarity at a cyclical point in time when the world is entering a great upheaval.

Bannons contentions are the Judeo-Christian force in politics and capitalism has become unmoored and supplanted by the party of Davos, elites running the world from billion dollar corporations of 9 employees, disconnecting elites who see everything as a securtization opportunity from commodities to people, just as a hammer sees everthing as a nail…. and that, according to Bannon, is not the belief our forefathers held and violates the Judeo-Christian ethos.

Bannon then goes on to point out that Breitbart news has a greater global reach than any news service and that it was the first to not only report and support the Tea Party movement in America, but the growing global Tea Party movement across the Earth.  Bannon then goes to cite the problem that some elites in New York feel closer to people in London and in Berlin than they do to people in Kansas and in Colorado, beneficiaries of the false wealth accumulated through crony capitalism, which supports the growing illusion amongst elites that they are qualified to dictate to everyone else how the world is going to be run.

Bannon then delineates the difference between crony capitalism, or state-controlled capitalism, and that the biggest thing the tea party is fighting in the United States is the Republican Party, and he’s exactly right now that the DNC has destroyed itself as The Daily Lie of Omission reported this summer after attending the Democratic Convention, which before and after the election has proven itself to be progressively inpotent; and that crony capitalism is what unlies the dire financial straights of a United States of America literally carrying one hundred trillion dollars of unfunded liabilities including future obligations like debt service, social security, and medicare et al.

Bannon then testifies to the rise of Breitbart as being the voice of the American center-right opposition that has not only swept statehouses, both halls of Congress and the Presidency into power, but has spread and is spreading across the Earth.

Bannon then goes after the crony capitalist of the big banks, their corporations and the federal reserve banks creation of the 2008 banking crisis, which he does not believe we have yet to come through, and has only been suspended by the greed of investment banks draining the life blood of the American people, Bannon then goes on to state these financial crimes must still be addressed.

Bannon leaves few stones unturned, and while he does not believe in conspiracies, Bannon pointed out the crimes against America are all too plain to see, meaning any conspiracies are indeed fact) and herein lies the rub between the modus operandi of the Clinton/Obama/Podesta cabal and the Judeo-Christian ethos that he and Trump intend to establish first in America, and then the world.

What I see is the death of Breitbart has galvanized a Bannon electrified by the Tea Party minded rebellion against the Davos minded elite, yet internally, the primary point of conflict remains between Bannon’s friend, Breitbart, to whom John Podesta represented the very worst of the Clinton’s, their crony capitalists, the 2B2Fail criminal banking and elements of the CIA/NSA military industrial complex that, has been overactive since the Kennedy assassination and completely out of control since the

end of Cold War I. 

And the Trump/Bannon intention is to establish an America first policy with the American people in front, which according to Bannon will last for at least 50 years or more; and this means that business as usual is over.  Those elements within the government and outside of it, those parasites feeding upon the American people are done.   And the minute Trump takes office they’ll all be on the run and they know it and that is why they have to get rid of Donald J Trump.  

REVOLUTION

People are talking about this revolution and that revolution, but no one is talking about THE REVOLUTION taking place right here in America before our eyes….

America is in the 1^st stage of a revolution, that is what Bernie and Trump were all about, and Trump won.  

And the day Trump takes office begins the 2^nd stage.  Historically, this is always condemned to failure for 2 reasons.  First, the new government vows to make the failed system work by injecting the right people to make it work….

This is a fatal error, as it is the system that has failed and all the kings horses and all the kings men, cannot put Humpty Dumpty back together again.

Secondly, during the this 2^nd stage, the elements that had been overthrown conspire against the new government and actively work to destroy an already destroyed operating model of government along with the new government that has supplanted them, with a new active plan to replace it and restore themselves to power. 

Upon the failure of this 2^nd stage government the nation falls into an exponentially escalating cycle of violence at which point the people finally become aware that their nation is squarely in a revolution, but by then it is too late and the volume of fratricide and blood become unimaginable. 

From there, the one who has lost the least takes control and the 4^th and final stage of revolution is reached, a Thermidor, or cooling off period where those who lost the least establish control, a period that lasts a generation. 

Difficult but not impossible to avoid, the 3^rd stage can be avoided if the government in the 2^nd stage changes the entire daily operating model of government to a functioning system that works.

This is our ultimate mission at The Daily Lie of Omission and Elect A New Congress.  Liberty Legislation is our litmus test for all who want our vote, to Elect A New Congress dedicated to passing Liberty Legislation and Term Limits, and serving the American people instead of serving up the American people to be abused, consumed and destroyed.

The Daily Lie of Omission lays bare the problems of our world before all to see and hear.

It’s the same reason The Daily Lie of Omission rails against Monsanto’s poisons, GMO’s, glyphosate and their new agent orange, DUO, the US EPA, USDA, FDA, DHS, DoE, DoJ, along with the excesses of our deepstate and its host of rouge elements within the military industrial complex and the CIA and NSA.   Decentralize the powers of government into the legislatures and the sociopaths which power attracts have no way to access those powers of government…. That’s what a State of Liberty is and that is a beautiful thing because it denies greed.

We wrap up today’s report with a reflection upon greed…

Will Donald Trump make America great again?  Time will tell.  But as was clear from the beginning and this cartoon illustrates, the reason the American people chose Trump over HRC, is because with Trump, we have a fighting chance.

I believe, and history supports my observation, that while the Trump/Bannon vision to restore the Judeo-Christian ethos of Western Civilization to America and the world is the right track, the key to our united success, is their leadership in restoring the daily operating model of decentralization, which I define as the true State of Liberty where the people rule over their government; and which forms the very core of the Judeo-Christian capitalistic ethos they profess.

It is the timeless classic battle of good against evil, and I would expect those who call themselves Christian to support the renewal of decentralization of government found in our Judeo-Christian Ethos, and if that means voting for Donald Trump or any other adherent to restoring a State of Liberty in America, that is our calling.

And that is where we leave America, balanced on the head of a needle until January 20^th 2017 if we can get so far.  I sincerely hope so….

DLO vol 9  THE PRESIDENTIAL CRASH OF 016.

Welcome to the Daily Lie of Omission where you can see and hear what the Main Stream Media doesn’t want you to know.

You know, there is so much happening so fast now after Labor Day we’re going to amp it up and do one broadcasts a week at a regular time. 

   It will be a review of the articles of the day that you might or might not hear about until tomorrow or next week if at all.

THE GREAT BOND BUBBLE: THE CRASH OF OH16

THE ENTIRE CONCEPT OF A FED WATCH IS ABSURD… their entire mission is to deceive and mislead while their future actions are obvious, they’re trapped.  

 Every central bank in the world has shot their wad.  Together, they have stuffed the Christmas goose with $25 trillion dollars and floated over $20 trillion dollars of negative yielding bonds to boot.  They are out of bullets, and when the shinola hits the fan, the Fed and every other central bank are going to be forced to turn to the IMF for a new round of quantitiative easing based upon SDR’s and the dollar will find itself on the road to parity with the Chinese renmembi.

  The problem is debt, and What’s the easiest way to cut the national debt?  Anyone???

  End the Federal Reserve Bank, End the FED.  It’s bankrupt, take it down, and with it you get trillions in government bonds which they’ve bought back from their primary dealers who couldn’t sell them all everytime the Fed injected money into the grease the equity machine.

Sure the Great Bond Bubble will burst, but that’s going to happen anyway.  That’s what you get with ZIRP & NIRP, (zero interest rate policy and negative interest rate policy,) besides the illusion of real GNP growth and massive distortions in the markets.

   We’ve all read the reports of regulators that have prosecuted and fined for their on going criminal acts of Wall Street and London in precious metal ETF’s, futures contracts and of the manipulation of LIBOR rates until the corruption never ends.  No one goes to jail and there is no Rule of Law remaining in our world.

  Politics imitates Finance and Finance imitates Politics like art and life imitate one another, and the unprosecuted crimes of Wall Street before the Security Exchange Commission (SEC) are no different than the blind eye that the United States Dept of InJustice turns to the gun running schemes of the ATF, political repression by the IRS and the stonewalled investigations of abuses pouring out of the Clinton State Dept/Foundation scandal aided and abetted by the press whores of Main Stream Media. 

We’re hearing from market leaders every day like Sam Zell, Paul Singer, Carl Icahn, Stan Druckenmiller or Marc Farber who are either out, short and/or long gold and silver.  Even the Pervert of Omaha, Warren Buffett is completely out of the derivatives that threatened to drag him and everyone else down in 2008…  and they all sharing the  expectation of the looming mother of all financial train wrecks, THE CRASH OF OH16.

And while these individual titans of finance have the flexibility to move around the markets, the leviathan 2B2Fail banks like CITI, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and any number of pension and insurance funds that are trapped in their chase for higher yielding investments do not.  So while others may duck, cover, get short or make deposits into the insane world of blue chip and negative yielding bonds to protect capital, those HY Yield slow moving funds are trapped in any crash and their losses are not only locked in, those losses threaten to wipe out their capital.   And whose capital is that? 

Retiree’s and the common working men and women of America.  Who else is going to take the brunt but the unrepresented in our government.

Today’s problem is a giant bond bubble and when it pops it will lead to a debacle of Biblical proportion as HY bonds are wiped out and govt bonds are inflated away.  That’s why gold and silver have rallied in the face of central bank and HFT/ 2B2Fail pressures to wire the market down, people are looking for safe havens… and the Precious Metal’s are going to go higher as a result.

Look around the world friends… the leaders of France, Germany and Italy are meeting at the symbolic Mediterranean Isle of Ventotene to contemplate the maintenance of the EU, while looming elections threaten the status quo in surging nationalist Marine LaPen in a France and comedian Beppe Grillo and 5 Star look to take over Italy in October elections.   Another is Austria where its elections where thrown out by the courts for voter fraud, which are now rebounding back is the right wing anti-immigration candidate Norbert Hofer and no friend of the EU. 

  Spain is trying to form a government and Angela Merkel is melting as if  someone had thrown a bucket of water on her as the right wing Germany First Party AfD sprouts from the runaway Merkel/EU refugee policy of rape and stupidity.

  The UK Brexit was the first olive out of the EU jar and now the jar is about to get SMASHED.

But let’s not get away from Bonds because that’s the multi trillion dollar negative yielding investment leading the way in a world filled with market distortions that are reaching their crescendo.  

Think of all the high yielding corporate bonds that have been floated to buy back stock and pay dividends for the past 7 years by central bank zero interest rate policies.  It’s madness.

And while the Fed hasn’t gone so far as to visibly step out and buy corporate bonds they do the same thing through strawmen, just like they use HFT’s to levitate the markets.  But not all markets, because central banks efforts to support commodities has failed, and now that failure must inevitably cross over into all markets, because it has been the higher commodity prices that have been the underlying support of every artificially supported market… and that’s all of them save for Precious Metals.

That these distortions have poured over into every other market and intermarket relationships creating new normal’s that can’t possibly continue to exist, and when they go, so goes the illusion of economic growth to a world that has been in a Depression since 9/11.

  There are so many distortions in the market today that you need a pair of Hillary Clinton’s new prism glasses in order to see a rainbow…

A recent and tragic example is the dissipating cattle futures market in Chicago, where the exchange is not adding new months to the contract as they have become meaningless.  I mean, when the market has become so distorted that the market starts shutting down you know you’re getting to the end of rope.

And that is exactly where we are today… but that’s not the real story , and that’s not why I’ve kicked off this episode of The Daily Lie of Omission by sharing with you the horror story of the dark blind alley our rulers have lead America down like so many mindless myopic sheep that can’t see past tomorrow much less the butchers knife flashing at the other end of that dark blind alley, because that’s the real story.

Because only once you understand who and what the butchers intend to do to the body politic can you understand the lobotomy about to be performed on America.

Here is a chart of a recent report from the Richmond Federal Reserve Bank on production… new all time lows.  It’s because people aren’t spending so inventories are high.  How high.  Well, look at this chart on oil production in storage, and this doesn’t count the oil on ships allegedly floating to a new port for sale until it gets there,… people aren’t driving, they’re not on vacation and they aren’t spending.

Look at tax receipts to the govt coffers because people are out of work.  Speaking of out of work American’s, take a look at this chart showing the number of people officially out of the jobless count.  Now you know how we get to 5% unemployment, the Bureau of Lies and Statistics just stops counting them creating the illusion that the FED is doing a great job,… and that’s how the MSM reports it.  It’s called the Daily Lie of Omission, and that’s why we’re here.

And that as you can see in this chart interest rates are the lowest they have ever been in the history of the industrial age…  something is wrong here. And when you add it all up,

It’s not hard to figure out there is something wrong with the Federal Reserve Banks unprecedented experiment with the American economy as we add up the unfathomable reality of the insanity, the horror of a zero interest rate policy and its natural progression to nirp negative interest rates.

Today, after cutting interest rates 667 times since Lehman Brothers collapsed in 2008. Central banks have purchased $25 trillion of financial assets.

  There is now $8 trillion of negative-yielding sovereign debt.  And $13 trillion in negative yielding global bonds.

  People are paying to park their money today, and investing in guaranteed losses,… and that my friends is a broken system.

The question everyone needs to ask is what happens when that trust level hits zero?

I can tell you…way before that happens we get a revolution.  At the risk of repeating myself all too often, history defines a revolution as a governments bankruptcy of its people and that is what is going on in America.

Chart Earning Growth Recovery History…. This is the Chart mother of them all… it doesn’t take long to see it… The blue is the contribution of new earnings driving the price of equities (stocks).  The green is ERP compression, or

Equity Risk Premium: ERP is the difference in the risk premium spread between assets, most notably 10yr treasuries and the equity markets.

Falling rates around the world continue to make equities the only game in town, which is called TINA, which stands for There Is No Alternative.

I’m not making this stuff up, and it shows.  92% of the growth in this dying 7 year recovery is driven by money being forced out of bonds and into the stock market in order to chase a higher return. 

  Who are it’s biggest victims, the ones who will be left holding the bag?    The answer is: Who takes risks for high yield returns today.  And that answer is pensions and insurance companies.  It’s like musical chairs and the players have been leaving the room and taking their chairs with them.  The only ones left are those who represent all the pensioners and annuities held and hoped for by millions of everyday Americans. 

  There is nothing but air holding up markets today and it’s far worse everywhere else, because central banks are buying stock.  Japan is the largest shareholder in 25% of the Japanese stock market.   Incredibly, the central bank of Switzerland owns more Facebook stock than Mark Zuckerman and it’s like that the world over.  

That’s why this chart I’m sure is much lower than when I first came across it a few months ago…

   What do all these charts tell you? 

  America is in the 1^st stage of a Revolution.

 And if you still don’t think so,…  would you like to know the dead lock, no lie indicator that the end of the world is neigh upon us???  Here’s a chart that really jumps out at you… well, it really jumps out and scares the hell out of me…

That’s right… the Cubbies.  The Chicago Cubs, the north siders, the lovable losers… only they aren’t losing.  And should the Cubs win the World Series it can only mean that the universal constant and all physical laws has been ripped, burned and torn asunder.  It means cats and dogs living together and a sure sign the great apocalypse is upon us all, because for the Cubs to win it all must mean only one thing…

It’s the end of the world as we know it…

Now you might ask what do we do about it, but that’s the wrong question.

 The right question is WHAT IS OUR RULING ELITE PLANNING TO DO ABOUT IT!!!

And they have a plan… so let’s shelve our revolution for a moment and examine what our rulers have in mind as we go crashing into a repeat of the 2008 Crash only this time in 0h16… on steroids…

And to do that we have to set the table and lay out the game.

And, you can fool a lot of the people a lot of the time…

SDR’s  Special Drawing Rights… 

Just as $75 trillion in derivates came crashing down in 2008 and threatened to take the entire financial world with in, today derivatives are well over $600 trillion, an 800% increase in insanity.  Further, whereas the 2B2Fail banks held almost 50% of all deposits, today they hold close to 80%. 

Feeling squeamish?  Right, what bank is your money in???

… demand deposits are liabilites on a banks balance sheet and open to dissolution in any bankruptcy… now you know why big money has parked trillions in NIRP government bonds… big money is afraid of losing principal.

As you might recall, in 2008 the remedy was to throw money at the 2B2Fail banks and bail them out with Quantitative Easing to the tune of nearly $4 trillion dollars, 10% to 20% of which the banks skimmed with the remainder going to the federal government to spend spend spend.

But now it’s 2016 and all the worlds central banks are tapped, they’re out of powder in a game of musical chairs that’s a race to the death to the bottom… first one there loses and the rest pile on… 

Their only answer is a new world central bank with a new world currency comprised of all the currencies, because this not only interrupts the race to the bottom, but creates a whole new and untapped way to create free money all over again and save not only the 2B2Fail banks, but their respective governments as well.

Enter SDRs and the IMF/World Bank, here are seeds destroy the dollar and dismantle America.  SDR’s will replace the dollar as the worlds reserve currency, and there the Yuan will displace the dollar.

Our destruction is sealed and the only way out is to re-establish a State of Liberty in America and take the revolution to the people of China, Russia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and all the Americas.   We must free America and then free the world.  That’s what Liberty Legislation does, that’s what Liberty Legislation is all about.   

Incredibly simple it changes EVERYTHING… everything!

But lets get back to those who have the power to bring down America?

Now who do you think controls the IMF and World Bank?

 Who do you think set these two banks up and who finances them?   Well, the American people finance them but its really select people from New York City and Washington DC that run them.

As Abraham Lincoln most aptly said, if America is destroyed it will only have come from within and that’s the truth. 

And whether you look at it as a conspiracy or the tail end of a long cycle in the natural accumulation of greed, wealth and avarice, you still end up in the same place; and that’s where we are today.

  This cycle has to end and another begun.  That is why they call it a Revolution, as one cycle is to revolve into the next!

SWIFT : LETS TALK ABOUT SWIFT

The key component that keeps America and the dollar at the top of the heap is America’s check clearing system called SWIFT, which stands for Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT)

This gives America a lip lock on control over banks and banking… this is how America enforces sanctions against obstinante country’s that don’t lie down and roll over to accommodate American foreign policy where missiles don’t reach… like Russia and Iran. 

The problem is our rulers use SWIFT like a bludgon as BNP Paribas (France) found out when the O’Bama administration fined and collected a $9 billion dollar fine for skirting American sanctions. 

CIPS Cross-Border Inter-Bank Payments System

Well, how long do you think foreign governments and their home 2B2Fail banks are going to put up with that???  Not long you say???  Well, you’re right again. 

In fact, SWIFT already has a replacement up and running called

CIPS for Cross-Border Inter-Bank Payments System.

Recently, Deutsche Bank signed on to CIPS along with Santander, UBS, BNP Paribas and NY MELLON Bank… yep… even US 2B2Fail banksters are signing on to a global monetary payment clearing system that can be conducted in most every other currency and not just the dollar.  Because when you get right down to it, the only way to take over the world is to get rid of the 500 pound gorilla created to wreck the world so that globally minded psychopaths can clean up the mess and reform it into their perverted global satanic dreams.

Yes America, you’ve been sold down the river, and as the river reaches the ocean, we’re being ladened with rocks so that we sink quietly beneath the waves.  BUT Washington DC/WALL STREET have abused this privilage so long that the world has build a different ship.

Our world is changing because the world is not only tired, but has outgrown being ruled by America, and America doesn’t have the superiority we once possessed to make it so.

And now the G-20 meets in Hangzhou China for a last minute tune up for what history is going to call the beginning of the inevitable,.. the end of the dollar…

How and where does the crash start.  My best guess is Europe because of the desperation coming out of Brussels.  It’s hard to ignore the tax clawbacks Brussels is trying to force upon Ireland and Apple, the billions of which they want Ireland to pay down their debt… and it doesn’t stop there, because Brussels has already set the sights on McDonalds and Google and who’s next? 

This tells me the EU is desperate, why else would they pick a giant tit for tat fight with the United States for billions when there are trillions at stake?  We want the money Lebowski….

OK… we go to The Crash of 0h16… who’s going to bail everyone out?

Well, not the worlds central banks, they’re tapped, no mas amigo…

So what do the deranged ruling elites do?

They create a new central bank with a new global currency that will out strip all the other banks, only it’s not a new central bank, it’s the old IMF/World Bank with new super powers… SDR powers to be exact, and that is why the Yuan and China have been invited into the mix and that is why the dollar has seen its day,… because it has outlived its usefulness.

It’s a combination of the global psychopath’s anticipation of the American people in revolt against our Fed and the Fed having run out of bullets because our ruling global psychopaths have been using as their personal piggy bank….

   But now it’s time to change horses by exercising powers they’ve had on the shelf for new and revitalized global central IMF/World Bank using SDR’s to bail themselves out and inflate their problems away, but this time, using a nationless central bank that is beyond the control of anyone but themselves.

THE G-20 MEETING, LABOR DAY WEEKEND HANGZHOU 2016

Well….THIS IS WHAT THE CHINESE HAVE IN MIND…

  It’s called the New Silk Roads – now known as the One Belt, One Road, or it’s acronym, OBOR, as it is officially referred to…

PRELIMINARY  financial mechanisms are in place and OBOR will connecting Shanghi to every sea ports in Eurasia from Pakistan’s Ghwar to Calais on the coast of France and everything in between

  China’s objectives are all the more obvious as Chinese state companies are buying up ports and tech companies from London to Moscow and from Stockholm to Athens to ensure its global grip on trade.

  At the heart of it, China seeks to conquer  MacKinder’s Heartland, history’s theoretical key to Ruling the World through trade,

  Their strategy makes the South China Sea controversy a temporary one,  designed to ensure the flow of ships bringing raw materials to and product from China with the rest of the world until the OBOR becomes a fact…

THIS WEEKEND, the Chinese put the West, lead by America, on notice soon after Obama and his entourage of aids and reporters the moment AirForce 1 touched down in China. 

  Take a look at this picture.  You don’t see a ramp from the photogenic front hatch of Airforce One to welcome the leader of the worlds greatest power, no red carpet,  and on the tarmac, Obama’s White House staff nearly came to blows while Chinese henchmen shouted “This is our Country and this is our airport”.     

  Then reporters where not allowed to follow in the motorcade to the hotel where reporters and staff were put through the ringer again. 

On Sept 30^th, one month from now, the China renimbi, or yuan becomes one of the currency components of SDR Special Drawing Rights and over night, the Yuan will become a toe to toe competitor with the Dollar. 

And they’re competing with all the manufacturing jobs we have shipped to China lock stock and barrel over the past 20 years.

Today, Government employees in the United States outnumber manufacturing employees by 9,932,000, according to data released by our governments Bureau of Lies and Statistics

Today, our Federal, state and local governments employed 22,213,000 people while the manufacturing sector employ’s 12,281,000.

 For half a century—from January 1939 through July 1989—manufacturing employment exceeded government employment in the United States and then it changed… until today, public employees outnumber manufacturing by 9,932,000 American’s.

  Today America spends more money shoveling bullshit then creating tangible wealth to support that government and everything else.  In 1960 24% of American’s worked in manufacturing and made something, today it’s 8%…  and everything else is made in China.

We get no respect… further more, get used to it and say hello to the old kid on the block who is now a young man.

Because within the cyclical fabric woven of Statist time, America’s day has passed and time is not on America’s side anymore…. 

  So we can either take the fight to them and lose, or change the cycle and change the game., which is not so much a question of how we conquer the world, but how we set it free. 

  And the only way to do that is to feed the tyrants people Liberty and let them free themselves from grass roots level up from within; America’s problem is that to do that we must lead by example.

  America must see through our government and reset America to Liberty and by doing so, restore each American’s personal Freedom.  It is America’s only way to succeed, because Liberty is what made America great in the first place, and the only way America is to be great again is through the justice and bounty found exclusively within the governing State of Liberty.

The days of the omnipotent American Military Juggernaut has come to an end.

Even the original insane neocon conqueror of the world, the number one inmate of the neocon asylum, Zignew Brzenzki has thrown in the towel in his recent address that the war for MacKinder’s Eurasian Heartland cannot be won…. But that’s typical of an Oligarch, because they can see no further than beyond their own views.  They are blind to the superiority of the State of Liberty that would strip them of their powers and so they never realize it’s strengths.

  Yet America can still win… but there is only one way America can survive.

America must embrace the State of Liberty and its daily operating model of both government and finance that structurally places the power of government and money directly before The People for their True Consent of the Governed.

  Until we can show the power of Liberty in America, why would the Chinese people turn to a dualistic, a two-faced American Statist Democratic/Fascist state.  They are having a revolution too.  Why would they surrender to such an America state?  Would we surrender to them… or even anyone else.

  Now to be fair, weakening a target nation by dividing it has been the  prefered strategy of nations over millennia.  The only reason the stronger  eventually fails is because they try to do it from the progressively weakening financial house of cards they have built for themselves to get there.   

  They, we, become the oppressor & tyrant which destroy’s themselves and the nations they have overtaken and perverted to attain their ambitions.

    George Washington pointed this out in his Farewell Address to the nation, warning that the cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men who connive their way to power, …

commandeer the laws for their own, and this is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed…

Only to find that the powers they have acquired and twisted to their unholy desires, they have so corrupted that it collapses under their burdens….

 Of course that is Washington’s speech paraphrased, but it’s meaning is spot on.

   For America to win anything we first have to win at home, because if you can’t win at home how are you going to win on the road?

  Consider the alternative… an America condemned to languish in our own centralized monetary cesspool ruled over by our governing elite, our Deep State, our ruling Oligarchy.

  It is a matter of time given the rope we are on.  This is it’s cycle, and the only way to change that cycle is to get on another one and leave America’s ruling Statist State  behind and embrace the State of Liberty.  

  Else, eventually, China will overtake and exceed an America worn down by its rulers; and instead of giving direction, we will be taking it and the American people will continue to suffer, only under much greater stress with no hope on the horizon….

You’ll hear me over and over again repeating we are in the early stage of a Revolution, which history defines as a governments bankruptcy of we the people.  There is only one way out and that is a State of Liberty, which changes not only domestic and monetary policy, but foreign policy as well. 

  It is the only way to match China, to defeat China before we allow China to strangle America into submission.

Serfs Up America!

Welcome to the Daily Lie of Omission, where you see and hear what 300 media executives try to censor from everything you hear and see.

I’m reporting tonight from Cleveland Ohio, site of the Republican National Convention, and to call it an anti-climactic cakewalk would not be an understatement.   And because I’ve barely enough material report, I’ll save it until after the conventions over and do a separate report before moving on to Philadelphia.

Instead, we’re going to talk about the 2^nd Amendment and the peoples right to bear arms.  

   This will be a multi faceted report on the legal, historic and current environment our Bill of Rights faces with particular attention directed to the 2^nd Amendment in a no holds barred examination.

First, we’ll address the legal and constitutional perspective, because words must mean something, else they mean nothing at all; then we’ll examine the growing systemic failure not only American is mired in, but the entire world.  I know everyone is getting worried about the escalating violence in the world today and there is no comfort in knowing we are only in the early stages of this process,  and I’ll explain what is going on…

  We’ll close out this episode with relevant observations on the current capabilities of not only the civilian population, but the increasing level of military arms growing within all our domestic federal agencies and compare it to the potential civilian force of a “minute man” militia.

A NATION OF LAWS???

We start with a review of the 2^nd Amendment, within the legal absolute that in a nation of laws, words must mean something in the sense that they must mean the same thing time and time again, especially when they are to be defined all within a specific aspect of our law.

   A fine example of this is in our Constitution, specifically, our Bill of Rights.

   The key word in our Bill of Rights is “people”.   I’ll share a short passage from my book, The Science of Liberty: American Reformation, beginning on page 52. 

  “The term “the people” found in Amendments 1, 2, 3, 9,  and 10  at the very least, must mean the same for each Amendment.  Now if we believe that “the people” comprises all citizens in Amendments 1, 3, 9 and 10, than we must accept that “the people” must mean all citizens in the 2^nd Amendment, and is not restricted to a state or government connected militia. 

   The 2^nd Amendment as it refers to “militia” then, can only refer to the inalienable right of all American’s to be free to form a militia, or “minute men” within the parlance of 1776.  This logic demands absolute access to all firearms and ammunition, especially assault and battle rifles.  Switzerland is a fine example of a population trained to defeat invasion, both from within and without, and within our Constitution, we American’s have been granted the power to repel all similar invasions, more so from within, but including from without. 

  This is in fitting with the known traditions and actions of the framers of our Constitution, …which is all too obvious. 

  Of course, the real question people who espouse gun control propose is one of giving up some of our freedoms for a little security.  However, those people no more have the right to prevent us from exercising our 1^st Amendment rights of free speech than of the 2^nd , 3^rd, 9^th and 10^th Amendments. 

   Bringing to mind Ben Franklin’s paraphrased observation, that those who would give up a little freedom for a little  security, deserve neither, as pulling your finger from the dyke opens the breech from which comes the flood.

No one says dangerous people should not have a gun, but there must be due process and the bar of proof must be even higher when it involves our Bill of Rights. For just as the 1^st Amendment denies free speech to cry fire in a crowded hall, both our Constitution and high court have ruled against prior restraint due merely to suspicion.  

  Yet prior restraint lies at the heart of many draconian laws against gun ownership along with the suspension of due process and the proposal or establishment of record keeping of each gun and ammo purchase by any American citizens, an unconstitutional prelude to gun confiscation programs. 

    For what kind of government distrusts its citizens so much as to sink to the duplicit call for more stringent gun control when over 20,000 unenforced laws cannot do the job today.

   Can such a government be so broken that it can no longer function properly?

This brings us to an examination of both America and the worlds deteriorating economic conditions of accelerating systemic failure sweeping the globe in a storm of bankruptcy, because it’s all about bankruptcy.

   Most people don’t know it, but history defines a Revolution as a governmental bankruptcy of the people.  

  These bankruptcy’s occur when a government gets so incestuously centralized, that  both it and those who benefit from this centralization begin to out grow the ability of the nations economy to support them, and the government and its adherents begins to devour the nation. 

   This is the case in America today and we have entered an Age of Revolution.

  It is important to understand there only two daily operating systems of both government and finance in our world….  One is when the government rules the people, the other is when the People Rule over their government, this is called a State of Liberty and is highly decentralized.  The former is called everything else, but in the parlance of political science, it is called the Statist State and includes communism, socialism, fascism, democracy and anything else you can think of, all characterized by exponentially accelerating centralization of power and money, which is their defining trait.

  There is no separation of powers in America today as 90% of our laws are not passed by Congress and the machinations of government and finance have been centralized into very few hands and corrupting them all.  America no longer adheres to our Constitution and the entire practice of America as a nation of laws is being severely threatened, and nowhere are we more visibly under siege than in the defense of our 2^nd Amendment.

We Live In Perilous Times…

 People ask me what is ever going to cause the people to get up and put a stop to it all.

   My answer is always the same, the people will change with the governments bankruptcy of the people,… that is the game changer, because history defines Revolution as a governments bankruptcy of the people.

  And that is exactly where America is today.   And with the growing danger of Revolution we find first government and then the anarchy that follows its dissolution.

   Given this looming reality, being able to defend both our families and ourselves is not only our right, it is our duty to each other and our nation that was founded upon the blessings of Liberty. 

  America, at least the one we grew up believing in, is the light of the world and was established by our fore fathers ability to arm America and defend our God given rights.   The Minute Men of Lexington and Concord were civilian militia and herein rests our 2^nd Amendment.  It is the unfortunate nature of our world, but one where to own a gun represents not only our means to have attained our nations Liberty, but to preserve it; else we are destine to be serfs and indentured debt slaves.

We Live In An Age of Revolution

   We need look no further than Strauss and Howe’s book , The 4^th Turning in 1998, in which after studying the cyclical nature of history not only forecast the Crash of 2008, but the ensuing crash to come and an ensuing Revolution.

  America is in its first stage of Revolution, that is what Trump and Bernie are all about, what we are witnessing today is the tearing of the social contract between the government and the people. 

  The second stage will start with the formation of a new government using the structure of the old government.  I would expect this to begin with the promise of a new president and administration, but it’s like pouring new wine into old wine skins… it doesn’t work.

  Obviously, there is a lot going on during this stage and I cover this in my book and earlier episodes of The Daily Lie of Omission, but for the sake of brevity, what one really needs to understand is the systemic failure of the governing and financial system has been literally baked into the cake.

   It is upon this failure of a reforming government that marks the start of the third stage of a Revolution, and that’s when the shooting really starts.  So if you think what we see today is bad, try viewing it through a prism of escalating violence to the umteenth power,… this is indeed an alarming future.   

  So you can see the critical need to preserve our individual right to be able to obtain firearms and ammunition, and this means fighting any further restriction of our right to bear arms and any increase in gun laws and gun control, because arguably it puts your life at risk as we enter these perilous times.

Don’t think America is entering perilous times.  

Just take a look at this chart of the Cass Freight Index, which measures truck shipping in the United States.  I’ve developed a great deal of respect for the CASS FREIGHT INDEX as a precursor to economic performance in the United States. 

  As you can see, here in 2016 it’s fallen out of bed and is the lowest since 2011 when the alleged recovery began. 

  Does this mean we suspend the rule of law and change the meaning of “the people”?

 This is what a governments bankruptcy of a nation looks like.  

  Did you know that during the Clinton administration our government changed the formula’s used to translate the market information that is collected by the Federal Reserve Bank and Bureau of Labor Statistics,

  It was something that was worked out between Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich in order to balance the budget, which was an illusion.  What is most interesting is that if today, we used the economic formula’s used by the Reagan Administration to translate today’s data, it would show that the United States of America has been in a Depression for the past 15 years… essentially since 2001 and 9/11.

It’s bankruptcy by stealth, and the reality of bankruptcy is that it happens twice, the first time as a long and drawn out process until it’s process happens a second time, which is sharp, short and abrupt.

I think Trump will be elected President, and I noted in his acceptance speech tonight that the most important statement he made is that he is going “To Make the System Work”.  This is a historic impossibility and it isn’t different this time; and if President Trump thinks he can make a systemically failed system work and succeed where everyone in the same situation has failed… well, this will represent the the 2^nd Stage of our Revolution.

And when his administration fails, as it inevitably must unless he changes the system, then America will enter the 3^rd stage of Revolution, and this is its most violent phase.

As a side note, if Hitlary wins, it will be because she stole the votes by virtue of Diebolt voting machines during computer failures, which when rebooted will show she gained the necessary votes to win and America will forgo any second stage of Revolution and revolt.

Can you imagine how our federal government will react to its own bankruptcy it inflicts upon the nation when our government so visibly fails?

When that day arrives, Ask yourself how our federal government will treat we American’s if we are unarmed and do not have the means to stand up to the weaponry held by every federal agency?

  The USDA now has the power to come into your community and requisition food and send it elsewhere, and those emergency powers are just the tip of the spear.

  The annual budget for the Department of Home Security is over $25 billion dollars a year.  It is estimated from recent purchases that DHS has over 4 bullets for every man woman and child in America.

   And that’s just the Dept of Homeland Security… since 2005, the federal government has spent $150 million dollars a year in providing machine guns, cannons, ordinance, body armor, explosives, surveillance, and drones to arm the IRS, USDA, US EPA, FDA, HHS, et al including the Smithsonian Institute. 

  Today, every domestic federal agency is armed to the teeth, leaving the obvious question, armed to the teeth against whom?

  And while 300 million guns can give an oppressive government a cause to pause, the final ability of the people to be able to ultimately defend themselves and cause the government to not only pause, but surrender to the people, is the reliable access to those guns and arms our Constitution and Bill of Rights guarantees us.

 This is why the framers who wrote our CONSTITUTION did so in exacting words, because it reflects their first hand comprehensive understanding of a British government that was so oppressive, that it caused a fledging United States of America to be born unto a State of Liberty, out of which the continental congress established our Bill of Rights.

   Herein is exactly why maintenance of the 2^nd Amendment is so important to the freedom of every American, it is literally our last line of defense against a tyrannical government that today has already caused the America people to revolt across the across both political parties as America enters into the 1^st stage of Revolution.

Don’t think so, well take a look at this chart on how many people trust our government.   What do we do and what does it mean when we get to zero?

  I can show you chart after chart in support of the reality of a collapsing economy and an exploding government, and so we have no choice but to prepare ourselves today in order to meet tomorrow under the terms of preserving all our freedoms for all Americans, and that is only found within a State of Liberty.

  YOU don’t need a weatherman to tell which way the wind blows, and people don’t have to know exactly what ‘s gone wrong in America in order to feel the threat,… that has always been an instinct of we Americans. 

And Ultimately, as Winston Churchill observed,  Amerian’s always do the right thing, but only after we’ve tried everything else.

   Well America, we’ve tried everything else, now things are changing America and so now is the time to take a stand.  Therefore,

   Because if you’re serious about protecting the 2^nd Amendment you need to realize its greatest threat is the erosion that has decimated the rule of law by organized government dismantling the Articles of our Constitution.  Today our Bill of Rights is a shadow of its former self because the people’s place in our government, our Congress, has given nearly all of its powers to the Executive Branch, whose agencies now write 90% of our Laws. 

  Besides immigration, one of the biggest reasons England rebelled against the European Community was because the EU was writing 55% of Englands laws.    

  Here’s the chart of How 90% of our Laws Are Sold in America today from previous broadcasts.   There is no separation of powers in our government today as all powers have been increasingly centralized and created into an Imperial Presidency.     

   The only way to stop the Revolution to end in America is to restore all the Powers of Congress, back to OUR CONGRESS, which are OUR POWERS. 

    This would decentralize the powers of our government and move America back towards in a strong rule of law made possible only by adherence to the Articles which establish the daily operation of our government as founded within our US Constitution.

  We live in troubled times, and the only thing I can guarantee you is the only way to stop a Revolution in America is to peacefully, legally and constitutionally replace the the systemic failure of America’s centralization with the decentralized State of Liberty and the Rule of the People over their government.

Welcome to the Daily Lie of Omission, and because people think and say what they see and hear we’re here to share with you what 300 MSM executives don’t want you to know.

This report is on the Democratic National Convention in Philadelpia, the cradle of America’s revolution in 1776. 

Coming in I knew Philly was going to be a lot different than Cleveland, I just didn’t know how. 

It turned out that 240 years later, in 2016, Philadelphia was to be the site of not just one national convention, but two conventions, one of which was about to crash and burn into flames on this Wednesday night the 27^th , and whose reality has still never been reported by the MSM. 

The other, a convention was that moving from infancy into adolescence, and by the time I left, it was trying to strike out into adulthood and make a difference.

It is the tale of two conventions, the DNC on the east side of south Broad street, and another, a Bernie driven alter-ego if you will, that was held just across street.

The DNC convention had as many as 10,000 people attend over the course of week at the Wells Fargo Center where the Flyers skate. 

The other convention was held all over Philadelphia and attended by over 50,000 people.  It was centered in FDR Park on the west side of Broad Street across from Wells Fargo.  It also had a large stage, but it was outdoors and featured 3 Jumbotrons.

  Separating the two were two rows of steel riot fence backed by Philadelpia’s finest.

The key players were Hitlary Clinton, Debbie Wasserman, Bernie Sanders and Billy Taylor…

You’re probably wondering who Billy Taylor is and we’ll get to Billy soon, but let’s review the developing train wreck that greeted everyone as they arrived in Philly on Sunday the 24^th.

WIKILEAKS

Everyone knew the DNC was cheating Bernie, especially all his supporters, and when wikileaks released the hacked DNC emails on Sunday, it became not only official, it rubbed its dirt in the face of Bernie’s people and transformed a disgruntled constituency into a militant one. 

Bernie had won the vote and the election; but it was stolen, and stolen boldly, and here was the proof and boldly taken.  And Bernie’s people, all too used having the Clinton kumbaya shoved down their throat, were in open revolt.

John Kennedy said those that make a peaceful revolution impossible, make a violent revolution inevitable, and the sword the DNC thought they were sticking in Bernie is the same sword that has been turned upon the DNC. 

IF you’ve watched The Daily Lie of Omission before you know that history defines a Revolution as a governmental bankruptcy of the people, and these American’s that had voted for Bernie did it for the same reason other American’s voted for Trump. 

America is in revolt, a peaceful revolt now, but if that changes it is our ruling elite who must be held responsible.  Make no mistake, America is in the first stage of a Revolution as the social contract between the people and the government has been rent and torn by the avarice and greed of our ruling elite.

  American’s no longer trust their government as you can see from this chart, and for good reason; what do you think happens when this chart gets to zero?

  It’s not a tough economy, it’s a rigged economy just like it’s a rigged government, and its getting worse everyday.

And now 50,000 men and women, Bernie’s people, have been forced to built a new organization to transfer their outrage into a new and constructive direction.

  Maybe a new party, but I think something greater than that; something to appeal to the entire nation, to every American so as to make every American free, and through our shared freedom, equality.

Billy Taylor is a landscaper… or at least he used to be, but Billy is really what he’s always been, an activist for lack of a better word, a patriot by another.  Yet undeniably risen out of the ranks of the American people to help lead America across our Rubicon.

Billy is the guy with vision that filled out the permits last winter to protest all over Philadelphia during the DNC convention.  By May, his actions had created an organization of talented like minded people who had the courage to say no to the tyrannical state that had taken over the Democratic Party….and now they have a tiger by the tail. 

But let Billy Taylor tell his story here in this interview when I was able to steal a few moments with him before this phone started ringing again.  It was Wednesday, July 27, 2016, the day the Democratic Party died.

My sound rig was being hit with microwave interference during our interview, l so I’ll have to fill in the conversation where the sound fails.

  Billy was born an activist, and the same systemic failure that was taking America down had seriously effected his life and family, and so he had answered the call of  his country,… and along it, with so many people that were now depending upon him, Billy had taken hold of the reins and become its leader. 

  This is to the best of my recollection in my words as I don’t want to put words in Billy’s mouth, but this is the truth, and Billy wears it well.

  What Philly.fyi had accomplished in a short time was more than impressive, there were people here in the park from not only all round the United States, but internationally as well  

   When I say wow, its because Billy explained how they had put the entire stage together in 4 days after, as Billy put it, a gift from God landed in their lap to pay for it.

  I think one of his best observations was that politics is a bit like poker, you had to play the hand and be able to change from day to day as circumstance and opportunity appeared.  We then closed out the interview on Jill Stein, as now that Bernie was out, Jill is the go to candidate…

FROM THE START…

I arrived in Pottstown Pennsylvania on Sunday, about 45 minutes from downtown Philadelphia in the afternoon, unpacked and headed out.  By the time I navigated downtown traffic and figured out that everyone was at FDR Park, the crowd, or what was left of them were leaving. 

  I spoke with a few people and walked along with a young man named Raphael and to individual what I heard was the same,… I’m voting for Jill Stein,… I will not vote for that neocon warhawk Hillary Clinton,… even if she told me what I wanted to hear, I know she’ll be lying to me, …she’s a liar.   

  I was amazed, I had no idea.  I had heard of the wikileaks but I didn’t know how it had affected everyone, it was electric and its theme ran through the people like lightening and created a spontaneous convention of the people.

  My horse back poll would indicate that Stein will get at least 80% of the Bernie vote, Clinton 15% +, with Trump and Mickey Mouse dividing the rest.  Gary Johnson was a non-event in Philly, but then, Gary Johnson’s a non-event; he’s a Libertarian who’s not even a Libertarian and I never heard his name mentioned.

  But what I did hear was the website Philly.fyi that first night and as I would discover, it was one of the best things that happened to me during this expedition, because I was about to experience the worst of the trip.   

   I spent the next 24 hours hovering in pain between a full sweat fever and ice cold chills like I never had before.  The next 24 hours I spent in recovery, but it worked in my favor as I had little to do except study the Philly.fyi website. 

   Here was the entire week of events for every group, every parade, every moment at the main stage, every affiliated group and their contacts, their Facebooks, their websites, it was a smorgasboard of social and progressive activists and flooded my senses with the altruistic thrills of my youth. 

THE LORD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS, HIS WONDERS TO BEHOLD

I’m not sure it wouldn’t have been easier to have dived into the Hunter Thompson school of journalism, incapacitated on drugs would have been a welcome relief, but I didn’t have a sidekick like Dr Gonzo.  All I just had was a bag of grapes I had picked up at Walmart the night before, but they were cool and kept me hydrated, and if you ask me, they kept me alive. 

It occurred to me while I was recovering Tuesday as I scanned Philly.fyi, that if I hadn’t been so strung out I would have been on the streets and I would have missed understanding the developing organization of Philly.fyi, I would have missed it just like everyone else.  Before the sun set on Tuesday, I had an interview set up with Billy Taylor,… Wednesday was going to be my day…

Here’s just part of what was on Philly.fyi and some of the key organizations.  The main one you want to pay attention to is Brand New Congress, that proposes 1 campaign to elect 535 members of Congress. 

Listening to Billy’s interview I keep going back to politics being like poker, you have to play the hand that’s dealt you…

We don’t choose a president, we haven’t for years, we’re given a selection and an illusion that we choose our president and live in the land of the free.  Sure we’re brave, but more like stupid.

The real power in our Constitution is vested in the Congress, but their powers have all been given to the executive branch, the president, and has created an Imperial Presidency.

No one likes Congress, why should we, they don’t do their job because they’re busy begging for money so they can keep their high paying job with all the perks, and for 30 pieces of silver they’ll roll over and perform as command.

Maybe we should start thinking more about replacing Congress than trying to live an illusion.  That’s what Brand New Congress is looking to do, but not until 2018, and they still don’t have a hook, a theme, a simple litmus test that most every American supports.  The truth is, you can’t win with 25% of the vote.

In Philadelphia in 1776 they didn’t coronate a new king, they created a new congress.  Why don’t we do the same thing?

And why wait?  We don’t need candidates, we just need the candidates hearts and minds.

We just need a litmus test that appeals to every American that they can apply to every member of Congress, and I suggest the 4 bills before Congress today that I call Liberty Legislation.  Pass these 4 bills today and we can have America back tomorrow.

Do you know what the problem is in America today, the agencies of the executive branch create 90% of our laws today, as shown on this chart of How Laws Are Sold in America today. 

  BREXIT passed in England because Brussels was writing 55% of England’s laws… what’s wrong with we Americans?

  This is the process that creates most of the laws we live under and it’s all for sale.   It’s here lobbyists buy the laws they want, and any laws a lobbyist doesn’t like, he sends to the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, the clearing house for all laws Congress doesn’t write.

  This is what created the Imperial Presidency and wields the powers of the people, because the peoples place in our government is the Congress, but it doesn’t have any of its powers anymore and so neither do we. 

  Sure lobbyists bribe Congress, but the real money is reserved for the President because he controls 90% of our laws through the OIRA.  This is why it costs so much to run for President, a couple of billion dollars is the cumulative pay off threshold, and most of the money goes to the DNC or RNC, depending on who occupies the White House.

That’s what’s at stake, that’s what rules America.

So why not take Congress back?  Forget the president, if we take Congress we can strip the President of our powers, because Congress is The Peoples place in our government… that’s why they’ve stolen all our powers over the years… and now we want  it back.

You want to win the Revolution that’s been forced down our throats???  Then take back Congress and end the grip on power of not only uber banking, Wall Street and its corporatocracy, but the military industrial machine and the endless wars of our ruling neocon war hawks.

Things are a bit up in the air as you can imagine right now after the convention, but the good news is that in a recent conversation with Billy, Philly.fyi is looking at how they can open themselves up in order to include all American’s.

  It’s clearly the right move because this is a movement that involves all Americans, and the one thing we can all agree upon is that “The System”, has got to change.

  And that is what Liberty Legislation is all about.

Or, we could just vote everyone out of Congress in November like Sean Burke of  Reset Our Government says.  Not a bad idea, the only problem is that while everyone hates Congress, they love their Congressperson because the government is so involved in our lives, your congressperson has done something for you, or a friend or a family member at some point so its usually a case of “not in my backyard”.  But you can watch Sean’s interview with Keiths on my ensuing broadcast….

Wednesday, July 27^th 2016: FDR PARK,  Broad Street, South Philly.  

I arrived at Oregon and I 95 in south Philly about 2 pm on Wednesday.  Amid all the heat earlier in the week, I welcomed Wednesday as just another typical warm summer day, as I was still feeling the effects of a fever.

  Oregon/I 95 was the line in the sand dividing South Philly from both conventions and from here you had to walk, so you parked and walked, but not bad, maybe 8 blocks down Broad Street. 

  Down at the end is the main entrance to the Sports Complex on the left, in this complex east of Broad was the Wells Fargo Center. Behind it are the Philly’s and Eagles stadiums; one north, the other south.

  Across the street on one corner is the fashionably iron barred and concrete columned Eagles training facility, and on the south corner on the right, is FDR Park, and in the park was the stage, or convention center if you will, with 3 Jumbotrons, sound and professional mixing and camera booth 100 ft out front and center.

 Remember, they didn’t actually start throwing this thing together until sometime in May.

My first stop down Broad Street was in front of a CVS inside the zone, and this interview is with the first person I met.  IT would lead to one of the most extraordinary interviews I will ever conduct.  But let’s this lady tell her story, it starts with Tuesday and covers the parade, the SWAT Teams, and what the DNC did with its Bernie Delegates that walked out Tuesday evening and brought me right up to date….

My rig was already failing me and I didn’t know it, but she was telling me how on Tuesday when the delegates walked out, they were herded into a tent so they couldn’t get to the crowd outside the fence and left there.  A number of times the police tried to lure the crowd away but no one took the bait. 

  There were SWAT Teams and armored cars everywhere, but that was because Black Lives Matter was in the crowd, having marched down Broad Street earlier during the day.

  Finally, it got late and the hot sun of the day had worn everyone down like chalk on pavement and the crowd dispersed.  Only then were the delegates released into the night after everyone else was gone.

I’d missed it, but now I was on a roll, because my next interview was with a really good guy, Kevin McHenry, author, vegan, peacenik and co founder of Food Not Bombs.

  You may remember hearing about Keith last year when the City of Orlando Florida arrested him for feeding the poor.  The MSM picked it up and they had to let Keith go, and that’s a good thing.

Getting back…

Wednesday was like a Spielberg movie, starting out with a bang then falling back into a routine that builds into a dramatic ending.

 Down at FDR Park I visited the Occupied camp and inquiring if there was anyone from Chicago OWS and kind of expected to see Seth and a few of the diehards, but no, no Chicago contingent.  

  I then wandered around a bit, getting some footage of what was being called “The Walk of Shame” the name given to the walk way on the other side of the fence that some of the delegates took to the DNC convention.  Lining the fence were mainly Bernie people lobbying the entering delegates.

  There were plenty of police,.. on foot, bikes, helicopters and in Philadelphia, on motorcycles. 

  Philly is a lot larger than Cleveland and they had enough of their own that outside help was not necessary, in fact, I kind of liked Philly and wouldn’t mind going back for a visit…

   I then wandered down to the main stage interacting with whoever I met and it was there that I met Billy Taylor and watched Keith give a speech.  

He was followed by a rapper who was drawing the crowds awareness to the corrupt convention going on at the Fargo Center and specifically mentioned Bilderbergs, Rockefellers and Rothschields all in the same breath.  It kind of surprised me because of the awareness, people seemed to be more aware.  

  Awareness is an endless battle.   Just when you think you’re aware of what is going on, someone explains a deeper truth and the human mind sometimes has a hard time reaching around that reality.  Even when its forefront in their mind the habits and perceptions that have been ingrained with are not easily overcome, and too often one finds themselves slipping back into the comfortable paradiam they think they’ve been living in and they fall back into old habits, old perceptions.

I can think of no finer example than a Revolution.  A lot of people at the Philly.fyi convention support their revolution or that revolution, but they have a hard time accepting we are in a real shooting revolution and that its going to get a lot worse.  They don’t see that revolution, and even if they do, they don’t see how it’s going to change their lives… but it will. 

And so they go back to the revolution they have created in their mind be it social or moral… while in reality they’re waiting, waiting to be swept aside by a rising tsunami.   They just can’t see it because it’s not on their dumb phone so it doesn’t exist, but that will change as reality sweeps them up like so many dust bunnies under the couch.

THEY WERE EVEN SERVING POPCORN…

At dusk a movie was shown on the Jumbotrons, what I would catagorize as propaganda about voting laws, rights and wrongs.   It was professionally done in a satirical style that continued the illusion there is a really a difference between a democrat and a republican, when in reality, both adhere to supporting the same tyrannical government that had just screwed Bernie Sanders and his followers into the ground sideways.  

See, all these people were holding a counter convention they were unaware of, but that’s why they were there.  And the DNC that had screwed their candidate was up on the screen telling them part of it was all right… while blurring the line of distinction between right, wrong and reality. 

But that’s what every tyrant needs, a jew, a patsy, a fall guy and diversion to blame it on.  They would have been better served to show Casablanca with Humphry Bogart and Ingrid Bergman, at least at the end of the movie they joined hands to fight the real enemy, the nazi’s… I mean, who do you think is running America into the ground today?  Our government is run by neocons, and what do you think a neocon is… a new conservative?

   No, they’re the new nazi’s and they’re no different than the old nazi’s.  They’re just disguised in new sheep’s clothing so they can walk amongst the sheep without causing too much alarm.

The reality is, it’s easier to vote in America than to buy cough syrup at Walmart.  And those states that require an I.D. are being swept aside by the courts who say its so important that everyone must be allowed to vote… that its OK to let someone who isn’t an America citizen the same rights and privileges,… even if they aren’t an American citizen.

 The reality is, if it were so important (and it is) we would all be more circumspect on making sure each voter was a citizen, a shareholder in America.  It’s one of those rare things in life that are not only a right, but a duty and a privilege.

Like I said, Casablanca would have been a better choice, they were even serving popcorn…

Funeral in Philly.fyi

It was after the movie the stage regained its focus and held a funeral for the passing of the DNC.  It was the defining moment, a solemn ceremony befitting its end.   The casket was then carried off the stage and out of the park and lifted defiantly against the black security fence at the main entrance to the sports complex behind which stood the Fargo center.

It was the most dramatic scene I’ll ever witness, a pivot point in time, a milestone, a Rubicon that was crossed.  It was also the time when my rented $5000 camera sound package decided to stop recording without letting me know.

  Here is some footage of the funeral and march to the gate I was able to lift from the Philly.fyi facebook site with their permission.   I’ve been trying to find someone who was shooting film outside the park like I was, going as far as to advertise on craigslist and I’m not the only one, as I note Philly.fyi was appealing to everyone to supply these lost shots on their facebook page… hopefully we’ll find them together. 

IN the aftermath I interviewed a number of people, here are two Bernie delegates from St. Louis, but by then the sound was failing too.

  So I will recount that one declared for Hitlary because he’s concerned about Supreme Court nominees;  the lady hadn’t lost sight of the bigger picture and was going to vote for Jill Stein.  The objective is to get her 5% of the vote and attain federal financing for the creation of the Green Party, an objective now shared by so many others who gathered in Philadelphia this week. 

But everyone of them has pledged themselves to going home and to continue the work of a revolution they can feel but don’t understand.  And it is up to the leaders of Philly.fyi to give them the tools and the clarity of reality they need. 

Make no mistake, these are the Millennials that are going to shape our world because it’s their world… I just hope they don’t get fooled again.

EPILOGUE

PEOPLE might think this campaign is over the way a reactionary Trump keeps falling on a sword but I think the insanity has just begun.   How else can a dead gorilla, a cartoon mouse and a meteorite keep threatening to out poll the two main stream candidates,.. and who’s to say if these two mainstream candidates will still be candidates come November.  

Election day is 100 days out and I think our world is in for a wild ride between now and then. 

I think the wildest card out there is the world’s economy.  From what I can see 2016 is shaping up to mirror 2008.   Whereas we had Bear Stearns and Lehman Bros to lead into the occupying illusion of the Republican and Democrat conventions, in 2016 we have the revolution of BREXIT and before that a sputtering China, one of the last imaginary growth engines left in a world of illusions.

Immediately after the conventions when the world is enjoying its annual August sabbatical, the wheels are coming off the worlds equity markets just like in 2008.   Oil is heading down hard, lead by a head and shoulders formation that reads $24 a barrel, a retest of recent and 2008 lows. 

And whereas in 2008 there were only $75 trillion in derivatives world wide, today derivatives are somewhere north of a half a quadrillion dollars, how do you like that for a lead in to an exponentially growing disaster?

BLACK SWANS

The Olympics in Rio is a plane/train crash in slow motion and Black Swans are everywhere, the only questions is which one will trigger a financial avalanche?  My money is on Italian banks that will slide and first take Deutsche bank with it, then London as the world swallows up the bursting bubbles created by the worlds central banks Keynesian experiments in hopeless fiscal insanity that spreads acros the globe like a BIG rock thrown into a small pool of water.

It’s not all that different then the world depression of the 1930’s that started in western Europe and spread out from there.  Mark Twain was right when he said Politicians were like diapers and need to be changed frequently, and for the same reason… but he was dead wrong when he said that history doesn’t exactly repeat itself, but it does rhyme, because history repeats itself, and the entire world is entering an Age of Revolution, forming a much sharper reality with each passing day.

So where does this leave Philly.fyi, because it carries an unimaginable burden because it is currently the organization with the greatest chance of success of completing a revolution in America before the serious shooting starts.    

 I spoke to Billy Taylor earlier in the week and he said they would soon meet to figure out how to expand the movement, so they could serve all American’s, rich and poor, conservative and liberal, equal and not and I whole heartedly agree.  To do otherwise would only serve to isolate what could be a key component of the Revolution and that would do no one any good.

I can guarantee you that the main thing, really the only thing,… is that we terminate America’s current form of ruling government and replace it with a government over which The People Rule. 

Unless America does this, no changes will take place and America will remain divided and then thrown into an escalating endless war that we can never win. 

American’s will be left to fight over the same problems we have today, only more so, because at the same time our resources will be shrinking every day.

For my part, I’ve tried to share what I have discovered in writing The Science of Liberty: American Reformation and the four bills that make up Liberty Legislation that are before Congress today, and which if enacted would achieve the Revolution we all seek over night.

In an instant America would become a government where the daily operating model of both government and finance would become a highly organized but decentralized government,  and would place the rule of government over the people, with the Rule of the People over that government.  

This is the only thing that will end the threat of an escalating revolution that otherwise will engulf all of America and the world.

And so I close this episode of the Daily Lie of Omission on this solemn note, having done all one American can do and handing it on to what I believe is America’s best hope for peace and the restoration of our future.  I hope everyone will join together in their thoughts and prayers as America enters its darkest hours.

Serfs Up America!

Welcome to the Daily Lie of Omission, where you see and hear what 300 media executives try to censor from everything you hear and see.

I’m reporting tonight from Cleveland Ohio, site of the Republican National Convention, and to call it an anti-climactic cakewalk would not be an understatement.   And because I’ve barely enough material report, I’ll save it until after the conventions over and do a separate report before moving on to Philadelphia.

Instead, we’re going to talk about the 2^nd Amendment and the peoples right to bear arms.  

   This will be a multi faceted report on the legal, historic and current environment our Bill of Rights faces with particular attention directed to the 2^nd Amendment in a no holds barred examination.

First, we’ll address the legal and constitutional perspective, because words must mean something, else they mean nothing at all; then we’ll examine the growing systemic failure not only American is mired in, but the entire world.  I know everyone is getting worried about the escalating violence in the world today and there is no comfort in knowing we are only in the early stages of this process,  and I’ll explain what is going on…

  We’ll close out this episode with relevant observations on the current capabilities of not only the civilian population, but the increasing level of military arms growing within all our domestic federal agencies and compare it to the potential civilian force of a “minute man” militia.

A NATION OF LAWS???

We start with a review of the 2^nd Amendment, within the legal absolute that in a nation of laws, words must mean something in the sense that they must mean the same thing time and time again, especially when they are to be defined all within a specific aspect of our law.

   A fine example of this is in our Constitution, specifically, our Bill of Rights.

   The key word in our Bill of Rights is “people”.   I’ll share a short passage from my book, The Science of Liberty: American Reformation, beginning on page 52. 

  “The term “the people” found in Amendments 1, 2, 3, 9,  and 10  at the very least, must mean the same for each Amendment.  Now if we believe that “the people” comprises all citizens in Amendments 1, 3, 9 and 10, than we must accept that “the people” must mean all citizens in the 2^nd Amendment, and is not restricted to a state or government connected militia. 

   The 2^nd Amendment as it refers to “militia” then, can only refer to the inalienable right of all American’s to be free to form a militia, or “minute men” within the parlance of 1776.  This logic demands absolute access to all firearms and ammunition, especially assault and battle rifles.  Switzerland is a fine example of a population trained to defeat invasion, both from within and without, and within our Constitution, we American’s have been granted the power to repel all similar invasions, more so from within, but including from without. 

  This is in fitting with the known traditions and actions of the framers of our Constitution, …which is all too obvious. 

  Of course, the real question people who espouse gun control propose is one of giving up some of our freedoms for a little security.  However, those people no more have the right to prevent us from exercising our 1^st Amendment rights of free speech than of the 2^nd , 3^rd, 9^th and 10^th Amendments. 

   Bringing to mind Ben Franklin’s paraphrased observation, that those who would give up a little freedom for a little  security, deserve neither, as pulling your finger from the dyke opens the breech from which comes the flood.

No one says dangerous people should not have a gun, but there must be due process and the bar of proof must be even higher when it involves our Bill of Rights. For just as the 1^st Amendment denies free speech to cry fire in a crowded hall, both our Constitution and high court have ruled against prior restraint due merely to suspicion.  

  Yet prior restraint lies at the heart of many draconian laws against gun ownership along with the suspension of due process and the proposal or establishment of record keeping of each gun and ammo purchase by any American citizens, an unconstitutional prelude to gun confiscation programs. 

    For what kind of government distrusts its citizens so much as to sink to the duplicit call for more stringent gun control when over 20,000 unenforced laws cannot do the job today.

   Can such a government be so broken that it can no longer function properly?

This brings us to an examination of both America and the worlds deteriorating economic conditions of accelerating systemic failure sweeping the globe in a storm of bankruptcy, because it’s all about bankruptcy.

   Most people don’t know it, but history defines a Revolution as a governmental bankruptcy of the people.  

  These bankruptcy’s occur when a government gets so incestuously centralized, that  both it and those who benefit from this centralization begin to out grow the ability of the nations economy to support them, and the government and its adherents begins to devour the nation. 

   This is the case in America today and we have entered an Age of Revolution.

  It is important to understand there only two daily operating systems of both government and finance in our world….  One is when the government rules the people, the other is when the People Rule over their government, this is called a State of Liberty and is highly decentralized.  The former is called everything else, but in the parlance of political science, it is called the Statist State and includes communism, socialism, fascism, democracy and anything else you can think of, all characterized by exponentially accelerating centralization of power and money, which is their defining trait.

  There is no separation of powers in America today as 90% of our laws are not passed by Congress and the machinations of government and finance have been centralized into very few hands and corrupting them all.  America no longer adheres to our Constitution and the entire practice of America as a nation of laws is being severely threatened, and nowhere are we more visibly under siege than in the defense of our 2^nd Amendment.

We Live In Perilous Times…

 People ask me what is ever going to cause the people to get up and put a stop to it all.

   My answer is always the same, the people will change with the governments bankruptcy of the people,… that is the game changer, because history defines Revolution as a governments bankruptcy of the people.

  And that is exactly where America is today.   And with the growing danger of Revolution we find first government and then the anarchy that follows its dissolution.

   Given this looming reality, being able to defend both our families and ourselves is not only our right, it is our duty to each other and our nation that was founded upon the blessings of Liberty. 

  America, at least the one we grew up believing in, is the light of the world and was established by our fore fathers ability to arm America and defend our God given rights.   The Minute Men of Lexington and Concord were civilian militia and herein rests our 2^nd Amendment.  It is the unfortunate nature of our world, but one where to own a gun represents not only our means to have attained our nations Liberty, but to preserve it; else we are destine to be serfs and indentured debt slaves.

We Live In An Age of Revolution

   We need look no further than Strauss and Howe’s book , The 4^th Turning in 1998, in which after studying the cyclical nature of history not only forecast the Crash of 2008, but the ensuing crash to come and an ensuing Revolution.

  America is in its first stage of Revolution, that is what Trump and Bernie are all about, what we are witnessing today is the tearing of the social contract between the government and the people. 

  The second stage will start with the formation of a new government using the structure of the old government.  I would expect this to begin with the promise of a new president and administration, but it’s like pouring new wine into old wine skins… it doesn’t work.

  Obviously, there is a lot going on during this stage and I cover this in my book and earlier episodes of The Daily Lie of Omission, but for the sake of brevity, what one really needs to understand is the systemic failure of the governing and financial system has been literally baked into the cake.

   It is upon this failure of a reforming government that marks the start of the third stage of a Revolution, and that’s when the shooting really starts.  So if you think what we see today is bad, try viewing it through a prism of escalating violence to the umteenth power,… this is indeed an alarming future.   

  So you can see the critical need to preserve our individual right to be able to obtain firearms and ammunition, and this means fighting any further restriction of our right to bear arms and any increase in gun laws and gun control, because arguably it puts your life at risk as we enter these perilous times.

Don’t think America is entering perilous times.  

Just take a look at this chart of the Cass Freight Index, which measures truck shipping in the United States.  I’ve developed a great deal of respect for the CASS FREIGHT INDEX as a precursor to economic performance in the United States. 

  As you can see, here in 2016 it’s fallen out of bed and is the lowest since 2011 when the alleged recovery began. 

  Does this mean we suspend the rule of law and change the meaning of “the people”?

 This is what a governments bankruptcy of a nation looks like.  

  Did you know that during the Clinton administration our government changed the formula’s used to translate the market information that is collected by the Federal Reserve Bank and Bureau of Labor Statistics,

  It was something that was worked out between Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich in order to balance the budget, which was an illusion.  What is most interesting is that if today, we used the economic formula’s used by the Reagan Administration to translate today’s data, it would show that the United States of America has been in a Depression for the past 15 years… essentially since 2001 and 9/11.

It’s bankruptcy by stealth, and the reality of bankruptcy is that it happens twice, the first time as a long and drawn out process until it’s process happens a second time, which is sharp, short and abrupt.

I think Trump will be elected President, and I noted in his acceptance speech tonight that the most important statement he made is that he is going “To Make the System Work”.  This is a historic impossibility and it isn’t different this time; and if President Trump thinks he can make a systemically failed system work and succeed where everyone in the same situation has failed… well, this will represent the the 2^nd Stage of our Revolution.

And when his administration fails, as it inevitably must unless he changes the system, then America will enter the 3^rd stage of Revolution, and this is its most violent phase.

As a side note, if Hitlary wins, it will be because she stole the votes by virtue of Diebolt voting machines during computer failures, which when rebooted will show she gained the necessary votes to win and America will forgo any second stage of Revolution and revolt.

Can you imagine how our federal government will react to its own bankruptcy it inflicts upon the nation when our government so visibly fails?

When that day arrives, Ask yourself how our federal government will treat we American’s if we are unarmed and do not have the means to stand up to the weaponry held by every federal agency?

  The USDA now has the power to come into your community and requisition food and send it elsewhere, and those emergency powers are just the tip of the spear.

  The annual budget for the Department of Home Security is over $25 billion dollars a year.  It is estimated from recent purchases that DHS has over 4 bullets for every man woman and child in America.

   And that’s just the Dept of Homeland Security… since 2005, the federal government has spent $150 million dollars a year in providing machine guns, cannons, ordinance, body armor, explosives, surveillance, and drones to arm the IRS, USDA, US EPA, FDA, HHS, et al including the Smithsonian Institute. 

  Today, every domestic federal agency is armed to the teeth, leaving the obvious question, armed to the teeth against whom?

  And while 300 million guns can give an oppressive government a cause to pause, the final ability of the people to be able to ultimately defend themselves and cause the government to not only pause, but surrender to the people, is the reliable access to those guns and arms our Constitution and Bill of Rights guarantees us.

 This is why the framers who wrote our CONSTITUTION did so in exacting words, because it reflects their first hand comprehensive understanding of a British government that was so oppressive, that it caused a fledging United States of America to be born unto a State of Liberty, out of which the continental congress established our Bill of Rights.

   Herein is exactly why maintenance of the 2^nd Amendment is so important to the freedom of every American, it is literally our last line of defense against a tyrannical government that today has already caused the America people to revolt across the across both political parties as America enters into the 1^st stage of Revolution.

Tonight were going to report on the opening salvos in Elect A New Congress legal fight with Facebook. Moving on we’ll examine the Hillary Clinton/ FBI director James Commie controversy and email scandal.

We’ll close out this report with an examination of Donald Trump’s ownership of Resorts International, it’s chain of title and it’s controversial history.

First on the list is the startling civil rights case between Elecdt A New Congress and the illegal refusal of Facebook/Web.com’s to contract with EANC an ad campaign that is wholly available to the general public for personal and legal purposes.

   The Facebook/Web illegal process began as soon as they took my money, as the interviewer I was handed to keep asking probing questions until I mentioned Elect A New Congress was working to peacefully, legally, and constitutionally change our government. 

  With that, the walls went up very fast and I was sent an email from a Mr. Jonathan Borg (a borg, Bernie madoff, james commie… you can’t make this up): from the executive office of Web.com, telling me that Facebook/Web would not work with Elect A  New Congress.  He attached  a Facebook/Web AUP, (Acceptable Use Policy), which I then perused.

   Unable to find the section that Elect A New Congress violated, I asked him to point it out to me as the document is only 2 pages.   He refused.  And he refused because there was no violation of the Facebook/Web AUP.

Despite the fact that Elect A New Congress is a registered super pac with the Federal Election Commission and the 1^st Amendment has not been repealed, Borg of Web.com refused any further contact.

This confirms a pattern of Facebook censoring more conservative movements in its opposition to our United States Constitution and the 1^st Amendment.

Facebook was recently accused of not following through on sold advertisements of right leaning political groups, with Zuckerberg having to come up and swear it never happened. 

Well apparently it did, and so having been caught, Zuckerberg had to come up with another way of denying 1^st Amendment rights to all American’s; and this is how its done.  They simply deny service,

This is how the elites strike back, it’s no longer a conspiracy, it’s a fact.

so it appears Elect A New Congress is going to be the first civil rights lawsuit to be filed against Facebook/Web.   It is all too obvious that Facebook must be broken up, much in the same way AT&T was broken up almost a century ago.

• We start with Hitlary’s FBI Get Out of Jail free CARD.  FBI director James Comey, earlier this week reported the results of the FBIs  very narrow investigation of  Hitlary CLINTON’S abuse of national security information.  He then shocked the world when he announced he would not recommend prosecution over her gross neglect and mistreatment of information important to the security of these United States.

In doing so however, COMMIE admitted Clinton was guilty of crossing the line of an act of Congress, as clearly defined in sec 793 of 18 US criminal code as a felony criminal act . 

18 U.S. Code § 793 — Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information …

(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, 

Shall be fined not more than $10, 000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Let’s enumerate the lies that Hiltary Clinton has repeated that the FBI investigation discovered. against America.

I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email”

We now know that more than 2,000 emails now contain information considered classified, and 22 emails classified as top secret — the highest tier of classification.  With commie admitting “There was classified material emailed,” before the House Oversight Committee last week. 

“It was allowed, but it was not a good choice”

Both the State Department’s inspector general and the FBI disagree with that claim.

“I provided the department with all of my work-related emails, all that I had”

Hillary claimed that all of her work-related messages were contained within the roughly 30,000 messages given to the State Department in 2014. Another batch of a similar size was purely personal, she has said, and those messages destroyed. 

However, The FBI managed to recover some of those deleted emails, through inboxes of her colleagues and from electronic breadcrumbs on decommissioned severs that Clinton used.  According to Comey, “thousands” of those allegedly personal emails pertained to her work at the State Department with a number of them containing classified information.

“I thought it would be easier to carry just one device for my work and for my personal emails instead of two”

But in fact, Clinton used “multiple devices” throughout her four years as the nation’s top diplomat, according to the head of the FBI chief.

“The FBI has the server that was used during the tenure of my State Department service”

The common understanding of Clinton’s setup is that she used a single server throughout all four years, But the FBI said that she used “several” different machines, which were taken offline as they became outdated and replaced.

“There were no security breaches”

It’s still unclear precisely what security mechanisms Clinton used to protect her servers from hackers, but given the Julian Assange is publishing allegedly destroyed personal emails that aren’t so personal indicates that a lot of people hacked Clintons servers.  And why not, everyone from Colin Powell on down has been hacked, including Sydney Blumenfeld, Hitlary’s personal and private intelligence and political advisor…

The truth is that Hitlary Clinton’s servers were hacked, and in all likelihood, probably quite often.

But the biggest lie is one which Clinton not only repeated constantly before the FBI’s report, but more disturbingly, after. 

 “There was nothing marked classified on my emails, either sent or received.”  When numerous emails were marked with a C or even labeled Top Secret.  All 24 karet lies.

That’s serious, but not to James COMMIE

INSTEAD, he declared the case null and void, setting himself up to be the investigator, prosecutor, judge and jury in an incredible display of administrative arrogance usually reserved to a used car salesman.  

   But being from the chief law enforcement officer of the United States InJustice Dept, and with the approval of his superiors Lola Lynch and Barry Obama, by this raw act of corruption, COMMIE has declared the Rule of Law dead, in Amerika

PROVING THAT WHILE ALL AMERICAN’S ARE EQUAL, SOME ARE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS…

Further, it is clear

There was no investigation into Hitlary using her private email servers to cut deals by selling the powers of the United States while she was Sec of State in order to enrich the Clinton Foundation… AND

   THERE WAS NO INVESTIGATION WHETHER HITLARY LIED TO THE FBI UNDER OATH… WHICH SHE DID, AS COMMIE ADMITTED TO CONGRESS ON JULY 7^TH 2016.

So lets take a look at the intergrity of james commie in action…

His reputation for integrity stems solely for standing up to Alberto Gonzales, a chief legal assassin for the Bush administration and an admittedly very unsavior character.

At least this is what we are allowed to see and hear

Former FBI director Chris Swecker said Comey should have brought charges against Clinton; elaborating…

He seemed to be building a case for that and he laid out what I thought were the elements under the gross negligence aspect of it, so I was very surprised at the end when he said that there was a recommendation of no prosecution, and also given the fact-based nature of this and the statement that no reasonable prosecutor would entertain prosecution, I don’t think that’s the standard.

Andrew McCarthy – former assistant U.S. attorney who convicted Omar Rahman for the 1993 World Trade Building bombing.  Said

In essence, in order to give Mrs. Clinton a pass, the FBI rewrote the statute, inserting an intent element that Congress did not require.

Shannen Coffin – a senior lawyer for the Dept of InJustice writes:

Comey simply ignored — or rewrote — the plain language of § 793(f), which does not require any showing of criminal intent. There is a reason that Congress did not require a showing of intent in this provision of the Espionage Act: to protect against even inadvertent disclosure or risk of disclosure of protected information where the perpetrator demonstrated gross disregard for the national security.

How Comey could conclude that “no reasonable prosecutor” could make this case is inexplicable in light of his own words.

NSA whistleblower Kirk Wiebe told Washington’s Blog today:

I felt that the flame of “equal justice for all” in the US died today.

NOT EXACTLY THE ACT OF A MAN OF INTEGRITY, IS IT???

That The investigation was narrow… this is one of the first things that stands out in COMMIES confession, that he limited the investigation to determining if national security laws had been violated, taking care no to investigate sale of the powers of the office of the Sec of State for  bribes paid to the Clinton Foundation. 

It’s unconsciouble when it is clear that many of the “donations” to the Clinton Foundation were connected to the sale of US weapons to countries of questionable allegiance to America, as well as favors to Wall Street and 2B2Fail Banksters,.. everyone of whom all paid off to the  CLINTON FOUNDATION.

  The sale of America for the engrandizement of the Clinton’s is unparalleled the annals of history and beyond belief.  YET COMMIES FBI never looked into these allegations.  Are these not high crimes?  And they certainly would have helped fill in gaps in the alleged “Personal” emails Hitlary destroyed, yet another criminal act.

Yet COMMIE said she was not guilty.. 

Is this the act of a man of Integrity?

Comey to Congress: We Didn’t Tape Hillary’s Interview, She’s Negligent, She Lied. But That Doesn’t Mean She Did Anything Wrong.

“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information,” Comey said, “there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

WHICH ACCORDING TO FEDERAL STATUES

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

 And while COMMIE admitted Hitlary is guilty of 18US code sec 793…. he then put in his recommendation that she not be prosecuted taking Loretta Lynch who both Bill and Hitlary Clinton have worked to bribe, completely off the hook,

Beyond both imagination and surreal, COMMIE not only convicted

Clinton by his own words, but by purposely conducting such a narrow investigation, COMMIE himself, by his own admission, has admitted to violating

18 U.S. Code § 1512 — Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant

(c) Whoever corruptly

(1) alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; or

(2) otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so,

shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

18 U.S. Code § 1519 — Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy

Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

18 U.S. Code § 2071 — Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

18 U.S. Code § 641 — Public money, property or records

Whoever embezzles, steals, purloins, or knowingly converts to his use, or the use of another, or without authority, sells, conveys or disposes of any record, voucher, money, or thing of value of the United States or of any department or agency thereof, or any property made or being made under contract for the United States or any department or agency thereof, …

Shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years or both. …

YET…

COMMIE justified his over ruling of Congress by saying that the Gen Betraeus conviction was far worse than Hitlarys, and further,  THERE WERE NO RECENT CONVICTIONS FOR THE SAME ACTS AS HITLARY… , which is so much further from the truth that it’s an outright LIE…

Need Proof???

Meet Brian Nishimura, FBI caught and convicted last year for doing what Hitlary did, but without the damage to American’s National Security….

But lets hear from a few people that have spent their lives in law enforcement and cyber security…

How about Bill Binney, a legend in cyber-security and 26 year NSA manager who over saw 6000 technicians before his security clearance was revoked after he blew the whistle on NSA spying of Americans,

Binny claim’s Clinton did far more damage than Petraeus, Snowden and Julian Assange combine, enumerating her crimes against America as follows.

The compromise of this kind of cryptology has a number of impacts on the ability of NSA to produce accurate intelligence on foreign targets of highest interest.

(1) This lets the leaders of a foreign country know that their communications

(2) It compromises the fact that a particular type of encryption is readable.

(3) It lets our potential adversaries know our technology capabilities in attacking encryption.

(4) If other countries (like Russia or China or any others) know the encryption system involved, then they too will look at it for any weakness or flaws that would allow reading the system.

(5) It alerts adversaries to look into their systems for structural errors in encryption design

(6) This presents the country to counter use their system to feed false information into the NSA intelligence 

(7) For NSA, this means that they have to find other ways to validate any intelligence they get from this encryption to insure the validity of the information they get.

This is very far reaching and systemically damaging to all national security.

What happened to Jim Comey’s intergrity??? 

This is a fair question and the only way to answer it is to take a look at Jim Comey’s actual performance as head of the FBI

LET’S TAKE A LOOK AT THE ORLANDO SHOOTINGS and some of it’s lesser know ramifications….:::

CLAIMS OF THE FBI

* People inside the night club testified that someone held the doors shut, trapping a number of victims during the shooting. But according to the FBI, Omar Mateen worked alone.

*  People testified that there were more than one shooter, but not to the FBI.  They still say one shooter, no help.

• The FBI spent over a year counting Mateen’s teeth with a proctiscope  and found nothing.  Totally vetted.

  But the FBI Never talked to his first wife who said he beat her (which would have disqualified him from owning a gun in the first place). 

*  No FBI time line still today and the case is closed.

*  FBI found Mateen’s 2^nd wife who said she thought he was gay and that she took him on a dry run of the bar, but then this alleged 2^nd wife who came out of nowhere, then disappears and FBI has no idea where she want and can’t find her…. Are you kidding me????   Did she ever really exist?

*  Despite reports of a named male FWB of Mateen, the FBI says no proof shooter was gay.

*  The FBI did not investigate any possible connection between the shooters father and the White House and members of Congress, as the Senior Matteen Sr is a presidential candidate for the nation of Afghanistan, which America occupies today, and is faily well known around the nations capitol

*  Mateen was worked for G4S, the largest private security contractor  to the United States Federal Govt.

*  No FBI time line still today and the case is closed.

Are we to believe both James Comey and the FBI are so totally inept? 

I find it unbelievable.

Further,

  *  Mateen was well known to both local police depts and the FBI,…  and he would have also been well known to govt covert operations. 

• The Vero Beach Press Journal reported Sheriff Ken Mascara of Florida’s St. Lucie County reported Mateen threatened a courthouse deputy in 2013 by claiming he could order Al Qaeda operatives to kill his family and that the FBI dispatched an informant to “lure Omar into some kind of act and Omar did not bite.”
• Two weeks before the shooting, it was reported by people that worked with the Mateen, he was experiencing mental and schitzophrenic episodes and was asking and researching psychological drugs, as the Mateen case begins to personify the symptoms of a CIA Classic MK ULTRA “Manchurian Candidate” type of murderer. 

It’s a fact that Since 9/11, the FBI has relied heavily on informants to entrap scores of young, often mentally troubled Muslim men.

Aviva Stahl of AlterNet’s Grayzone Project, reported an FBI sting of a mentally disturbed convert to Islam named James Medina, and after arranging for him to bomb a South Florida synagogue and pledge allegiance to ISIS, they arrested him before anything happened, with Medina protesting through his lawyer that he is mentally ill.

In fact, there have been so many FBI “sting operations” that Trevor Aaronson, wrote a book about them called the, “Terror Factory: Inside the FBI’s Manufactured War on Terror, leaving Aaronson wondering  “Is it possible that the FBI is creating the very enemy we fear?”

What’s so disturbing is the highest law enforcement agency in America is so preoccupied with creating sting operations for terrorists that they have  yet to prevent a real attack from happening,… despite having PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF and often  VETTING the alleged shooters of a number of mass murders. 

Case in point, we Omar Mateen one of their recruits, or a covert ops recruit that got out of hand and slipped through their fingers??? 

This explains the Real James COMMIE, a man immersed in the corruption and criminal minds he is suppose to be arresting and convicting… but then, this is just part of being a member of the nations ruling elite.

In 1987 Donald Trump purchased his first casino interests when he acquired 93% of the shares in Resorts International.  Resorts International has a sordid history which began in the early 1950’s when it evolved from a CIA and Mossad front company which had been established for the purpose of money laundering the profits from drug trafficking, gambling, and other illegal activities.

On October 30, 1978, The Spotlight newspaper reported that the principle investors of Resorts International were Meyer Lansky, Tibor Rosenbaum, William Mellon Hitchcock, David Rockefeller, and one Baron Edmond de Rothschild. 

Michael Collins Piper, in his book The New Jerusalem: Zionist Power in America has done an excellent job of describing the relationship between Donald Trump and Resorts International.  The following excerpt sums up the relationship:

“In 1987, upon the death of longtime CIA front man James Crosby, the nominal head of Resorts International, up-and-coming young New York real estate tycoon Donald Trump stepped into the picture and bought Crosby’s interest in the gambling empire.”

After quickly expanding the reach of Resorts International to Atlantic City in the final years of the 1980’s, Donald Trump found himself in financial trouble as the real estate market in New York tanked. The three casinos in Atlantic City, like other Trump assets, were under threat from lenders.

As detailed in a Bloomberg Article (March 22^nd 1992)  It was only with the assistance and assurance of Wilbur L. Ross Jr., senior managing director of Rothschild Inc. that Trump was allowed to keep the casinos and rebuild his threatened empire.

And so a connection between Baron Edmond de Rothschild, being one of the original principle investors of Resorts International, and Rothschild Inc. allowing Donald Trump to retain “ownership” over the Atlantic City casinos, which saved him from bankruptcy.

And as reported in a Bloomberg article (March 9, 2016) Wilbur Ross came out strong for Donald Trump for president.

Now I know Trump says he used to be an elitist, but no longer, and he says the elitest he was formerly a part of are ripping off America… and that’s a fact.  But all my research indicates that once you’re in with the elites, the only way out is feet first.

 I’m not saying Trump is going to be killed or that he is an elitist in disguise or he’s not the real deal…

But I am saying there is no way we American’s can put all our eggs in one basket, and the only true option, the only guarantee we American’s have to restore America and make it Great again is to take back OUR CONGRESS…

From there, we’re going to dive into what promises to be the wildest Presidential election in American History.

We begin with the economic collapse  15 economic facts the MSM is not reporting.

#  Industrial production has declined for the 9^th month in a row, something that has never happened outside a recession in all of US history.

# US commercial bankruptcies have risen for 7 months in a row and are now up 51% since September

# Delinquency rate on commercial and industrial loans has been rising since January 2015.

# US factory orders have been dropping for 18 consecutive months.

# the  Cass Shipping Index has fallen for 14 consecutive months.

# JP Morgan, Goldman Suchs internal US economic trackers are at their lowest level since 2008.

# Federal and state tax receipts are falling, typical to the start of a recession.

# The Feds labor Market conditions Index is down 5 months in a row.

# Employment numbers for April are the worst in 6 years.

# Layoff announcements at major firms is running 24% higher than last year with bank of America leading the way with 8000 layoffs

#  Since February, Online job postings at Linkedin have been down after 73 weeks of growth

# temporary workers have peaked and is falling hard just as it did in both 2001 and 2008. 

Here’s the kicker;  Since mid 2014, total business sales are down 2.9% (or $1.28 trillion) … so I’m wondering how is it the nations GDP even has any growth…  well, there is no growth

This report from the Daily  Reckoning asserts that if America ,  applied the same collection and analysis formula’s in estimating the nations GDP that the Reagan Administration used, of GDP today, it would show that America has been in a Depression for the past 15 years.

Europe

The real news is Brexit,  or Britains-Exit from the European Union. The BREXIT vote is starting to pull away and it looks like the British people are going to reclaim their sovereignity in revolutionary defiance of any kind of New World Order.

  It is a revolution.   But it is a revolution the ruling elite cannot afford, so I don’t expect BREXIT to pass, even if the majority of Brit’s vote for it because it’s not so important as how the people vote, it’s who and how the votes are counted.

And as the EU and its central bank have destroyed all of Europe. It’s much bigger than just intertwined trillions in financial instruments, it’s Brussels and with it NATO, especially as the West’s neocons keep pressing Europe up against Russia and continually poking the bear.

President Obama didn’t help when he passed through Heathrow and threatened England if they left.  The Germans have a different tact, with the Deutsche Bank begging England to stay,  while anti movements are growing quite well thank you in Spain, Italy, Greece, Austria, Bulgaria, even Germany and especially France.  The Labor protests in Paris this week were not reported in America because of Orlando.

 Historically, riots in Paris are to be respected and there were 80,000 in the streets.  Can anyone in the US conceive of the impact if 80,000 came to riot in a major American city. 

  Orlando wouldn’t be such a big story and the price of gold would fly.

  It would also give the government a license to crack down and restore order.   It’s a problem when your view is always internal, because you never see the obvious rolling up behind you.

TIMING

This has shaken the markets as considerable financial paper is linked to Englands links to the Euro and the European CENTRAL Bank; and as bad as that might seem, the real problem as we discussed in our April summary is Italy, whose entire banking system is both insolvent and severely underfunded.   But Italy does have  a lot of gold, and half of it is in the FEDs safe 7 stories below NY next to JP Morgans vaults.

  In response, Mario Dragi, chairman of the ECB has been buying corporate and govt bonds to support a European economy that is in a death spiral.  Even the vaunted Deutsche Bank is coming under pressure and everyone is crying for the hyper inflation and fiscal suicide of Helicopter Money.

In fact, the whole developing scenario reminds me of not only the Crash of 2008, but of 1930, which globally took hold when Germany left the post WWI equivilant of the EURO, the British Pound, that was essentially a NY FED gold backed reserve currency of Europe.  I’ll tell you that story sometime…

Fast forward to today and whereas in 2008 the CRASH developed domestically with Bear Stearns in March, then Lehman Bros in June, and finally crashed after the diversions of the National conventions in an economic freefall until March of 2009.  The drop only halted because the government suspended the mark to market of debt, thus saving the $75 trillion derivatives market, and the world.

The difference today is that the February Crash was China’s decline this Spring, and in June, Lehman’s will now be Brexit.  This will be followed by the diversion of all eyes to the Presidential conventions.

BUT AFTER THAT, Look out World.  And that is the problem, in 2008 it was mostly America and the internal parasitic abuse of during the financialization of America.  But since then, the FED has done nothing more but to export those problems of solving debt by issuing $4 trillion more until the worlds derivatives have reached over half a quadrillion $$$.  

 We’re sitting on a massive debt bomb.

Technically, the United States could continue to crawl along and Wall Street could continue to exploit Main Street for years to come, but not when the entire world is crashing down around us.  And this crash will be exponentially greater and with it, the political upheaval that comes with a histories definition of a governmental bankruptcy of the people… A REVOLUTION!!! 

Because that is what we are talking about here, and if you need proof, look no further than the political phonomena of Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders… viva la revolution’

The Presidential Campaign.

Where does one begin???    HITLARY

On one hand we have a Neocon driven psychopath that has left nothing but a trail of blood and failure behind her creating fertile ground for growing al Qaeda and ISIS. 

Murder is a rapine of rapid growth, and this one stretches  from Kosovo, to Egypt, Libya, and all of North Africa, and into the Levant, represented by Iraq and Syria.

  True, Hitlary didn’t start all these disasters, but she was there every time, every single time.  And if she had hung around long enough, she could have added Ukraine to her list of victims.  As the involved wife of a US President, a US Senator New York, and then as Secretary of State, Mrs, Clinton has shown few instances where she has ever played the peacemaker.

In fact, when she was asked what her accommplishments were as Sec of State, Hitlary launched into a disjointed speech reminisciant of Teddy Kennedy that confusingly said nothing, because all she had to show for her service was dead bodies and millions of dollars in donations to the Clinton Foundation Slush Fund.

In truth, it was a lot like the CLINTON’s road from Little Rock to the White House during the 80’s and 90’s.

TRUMP

On the other hand, we have an egotistically thin-skinned demagogue in the DONALD.   In this respect, he’s kind of like Obama, only he has real life experience, he’s a lot more transparent, he’s not bought, and he’s certainly a far more capable magistrate. 

Also, Trump is a lot less likely to blow up the world, which I can guarantee is something Hitlary is committed to, so voting for this demagogue is a lot safer.   

 I am uncomfortable that Trump named a former Goldmanite, Steve Mnuchin, and lobbyist Paul Manafort to his campaign, but they’re no worse than Clinton’s, and my priority as a voter is to a State of Liberty, and there is no hope in Clinton.

  I think Trump’s  biggest problem is he hasn’t put forth a solid foreign or domestic policy.  Without an offense he no choice but to play defense, condemned to react to stimuli designed to prod his ego, harkening to the axiom,  “any time you react, you are no longer in control.

   Here at eanc.tv, we would suggest to Mr Trump Liberty Legislation and a State of Liberty, because that’s the only thing that’s going  to make America Great Again, it’s what made America Great in the First place.

  But he’s not a politician, he’s a manager of private equity,… his own.  And being an outsider from politics is a big part of Trump’s appeal to voters, in this respect he’s one of them and unlike most, he probably can’t be bought.

 
On the other hand, we have Hitlary who would not only sell her grandmother to the Arabs, she’d sell her country too, and has, as we have learned from zerohedge,  20% of HRC’s campaign has been under written by the Saudi’s.… not that they’re expecting anything back for it… right? 

Just an invasion of Syria to crush all Shiite opposition in Syria, Iraq and Iran so they can build a pipeline from Qatar to Europe, and establish a Wahhabi Sharia Ottoman Empire, in the long standing military spirit of co-operation with the neocon’s that are running Israel and America into the ground.

WINNING

  Actually, winning an election is simple.  In the Spring you build your positives.  In the Summer you attack your opponent, because if you don’t, people won’t believe your slander after Labor Day unless the seed has already been planted; otherwise they consider it political trash talk.

  Romney made this mistake, twice.  He never built his positives during the Spring because he was too busy raising money, and then he never attacked Obama in the Summer.  Obama’s campaign chairman, David Axelrod couldn’t believe his luck.   That’s why Romney lost.  That’s why Romney’s election brain trust is worthless and I think Trump has the same problem.

At least Trump built his positives during the Spring, but now he’s letting Hitlary define him during the Summer as this report from ABC explains.  If he keeps this up he’s going to go the way of Romney as you can see from this chart of Trump v Clinton.

Bernie Ain’t Gettin Out, Hell NO!

Bernie isn’t getting out…Further,  the Daily Callers News (Foundation) has reported over $17 million in donations to the CLINTON FOUNDATION attributed to special favors courtesy of the State Department, during Hitlary’s tenure as Sec of State.

Why do you think Hitlary needed a private email and server?  She was selling the power of the Secretary of State for millions and didn’t want everyone to know.  Let’s talk about blind greed.  Literally, in order to illegally sell the United States, Hitlary was willing to sacrifice the security of the entire nation to satiate her incredible lust for power and her greed for wealth. 

  This is absolutely astounding.  This is also the definition of a psychopath.

As everyone knows, Hitlary suffers from Clintonitis, i.e. she can’t tell the truth, even when she wants to. 

Trump on the other hand is transparent by nature and wears his heart on his sleeve; Conversely, Hitlary is incredibly secretive,… but you have to be if you’re a congenital liar. 

If you haven’t seen enough video of Hiltary’s lies about her emails, the truth is about to come out in spades,… as was reported by both antimedia and oilprice dot coms.

   Every hacker on earth has seen her private files and America’s state secrets.  It was like porn to a bunch of teenage kids.  From Putin to a Romanian low life including the NSA, these files are in the process of being outted by Julian Assange of wikileaks.  This includes 30,000 personal emails that Hitlary and staff erased prior to their official hand off of her files.  Can you imagine having 30,000 personal files?  

  I’ve got 10 or 12 thousand emails lying around accumulated over 20 years of having an email address.  But HRC’s Personal emails are x 3 that and accumulated over a few years.

 This release of emails promise to provide more than enough to convict Hitlary no matter what Loretta Lynch and Barack Obama do, think, say or obstruct and stonewall her investigation and indictment.

That’s why Bernie is still in the race and that’s why they want him out.  He knows, I know, Newt Gingrich knows and now you know…. As soon as Bernie leaves, the odds of Hitlary getting replaced by Joe Biden is a sure bet.

You want terror, hitlary has morphed from being a blood and guts neocon with veins in her teeth, into a softer warmer female version of a card board cut out a Bernie Sanders policy wonk…  still, nearly every independent and young democrat isn’t buying…  and for good reason, those may be her policies today but she has no intention of changing.    

That’s not my opinion, it’s the President’s, and this is what he had to say about Hitlary in 2008….

“Hillary will say anything to get elected…

“It was Hillary who voted for George Bush’s War in Iraq…

“Hillary Clinton, she’ll say anything and change nothing…

Well, they seem to be two peas in a pod, because now El Presidente” Obama says…

“ I want you to be the first to know, I’m with Hillary…

And he’s right about one thing… she’ll say anything and change nothing… that’s just what he did, but that’s what he was groomed to do…

The News has more ink than you have blood

Reports from the Observer are that the DNC, having helped HRC to lock up delegates at large before the campaign began,  also conducted a proactive attack against Bernie through the MSM, further sidestepping the revolution. 

The fact that the MSM followed the DNC lead against Bernie, it’s no surprise to find the MSM turning on Trump, and while he’s fighting back, as a senator once told my uncle, then a junior senator in Illinois, “the news service has more ink than you’ve got blood.”

And in the case of Hiltary Rodham Clinton, she has a lot more than just ink, she has the computer bites and heavy hitters of Silicon Valley that make billions off government contracts, and it’s amazing what you can do with a computer

THE BILDERBERG GROUP CONFERENCE :

Once a year the leaders of industry, government, global institutions and thieves get together for the Rothschield humanity roast hosted by Dr Henry “Mengele” Kissenger, and this past week was no exception.

It’s not always at the Bilderberg Hotel, but this year it is, and the security is beyond extreme.

The Bilderberg group was established by former Nazi’s to ensure that Europe would continue to embrace the west vs communism in the east.   Since then it has become a yearly convention where one third of the attendees are politicians of renown brought in to be lobbyied by those who are able to purchase the best government anyone can buy… and they do.

  What is notable this year is that Eric Schultz, CEO of Google was in attendance along with Senator Lindsey Graham.  As reported by both Liberty Blitzkrieg and Zerohedge, Schultz was coming under fire this week when it was revealed that Google was impacting voter sentiment by up to 40% by manipulating their search engines to be positive with Hitlary, while hanging chads on Trump.

I’m looking for a bridge to Sell You.

The proof was so irrefutable that Google had to issue an official denial saying they were just tuning their PC views and that really had nothing to do with directing voter sentiment;

 Yet by doing so they freely admitted that yes, they were fiddling with directing their search engines, but it wasn’t personal, nor was it done to benefit the CLINTON campaign.  Right!

The question as to why Lindsey Graham was there is as transparent as it gets, as he is one of the main driving forces of the Dump Trump Campaign.

And if you don’t think that the Bilderberg Group can reach up  your throat with a proctescope to count your teeth, take a look at this chart as we scan its 360 degree reach around the world.

You can see every Fortune 500 firm there, along with every world wide nonprofit and political think tank including the politicians they seek to influence. 

Their objective has always been to have two candidates, one on both sides of the ballot for president so they are covered no matter who wins.  That’s why voting for president is no longer a choice, but a pre vetted selection.

This is what both Trump and Bernie have been screaming about for the past year. 

It’s true.  Only this time Trump has supplanted our ruling elite on the Republican side and that has all of Washington and the 2B2Fail Banksters worried.   

 
Now you know why Obama and Lynch are doing everything they can to save Hitlary, because if they lose her, they have to deal with Bernie.  Can you imagine our governing elite left without a candidate on the ballot for President?  Why, they’d have to squeeze in a bought and paid for Vice Presidential candidate and then kill a sitting President… and not that they haven’t done that before… but that’s can be messy and expensive.

Still, the guy they really need to take out is Trump…

 Yahoo is out for blood, the Washington Post is out for blood, the neocon editor of the Weekly Substandard, Bill Kristol of Project for a New American Century and 9/11 are chumming the water with blood to stop Trump anyway they can. Everybody is starting to jump on the bankwagon….

The PGA has pulled a major tournment from a Trump Golf Course and APPLE has announced they aren’t going to give even a zinc coated penny to the Republican Convention because of Trump.

I don’t know what you think of the Deep State, but I think its part allegiance to being a member of the club, to a certain sense of fear if one should defy Hillary, as espoused by Scott Adams, the creator of Dilbert; whereas its obvious he’s a Trump supporter, he’s declaring for Hillary because its safe.

Understanding Trump doesn’t have the reputation of going out and blodgoning your enemies…

Personally, I think it’s Trump’s greatest endorsement when every elite bankster, corporate crook, militarist neocon and every lying, crooked republicrat and democan,…

  And the poster boy of all these neocon psychopaths has got to be Speaker Paul Ryan, accusing Trump of being a threat to the Bill of Rights, the separation of powers and all that is holy. 

The irony of Speaker Ryan’s declaration,  is he alludes to the the separation of powers within our Constitution, which he knows, no longer exists.  Because he presides over a Congress that has assigned 90% of its law making and constitutional powers to the executive branch, to the president, creating an  Imperial Presidency.

Mr. Ryan knows America is being transformed to a neo-feudal society and his greatest crime is that he embraces it.  The irony is the greatest threat to the American people is our government, Mr Ryan’s government to be exact.

  As reported at antimedia.org, one of America’s true psychopaths, representing the infamous state of Illinois, has introduced a bill in Congress for creating a “Ministry of Truth” to join the Orwellian ranks of the Dept of Homeland Security, the NSA, CIA, OIRA, FBI and other federal agencies.

   It is called the “Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act of 2016”, and marks not just a curtailment of the freedom of the press, but will also suppress all dissemination of the truth.

Introduced by warhawk Congressmen Adam Kinzinger (R IL. 16) and Ted Lieu (D Ca 33), H.R. 5181 seeks a “whole-government approach without the bureaucratic restrictions” to counter “foreign disinformation and manipulation,” which they believe threaten the world’s “security and stability.”

In other words, welcome to Cold War 2.0.  All are encouraged to hail and embrace the world of Brown Shirts….

I can’t honestly tell you that the two main candidates are still going to be there by Labor Day.   It could be Hitlary,.. it could be Bernie, or Joe Biden.  It could be Donald Trump, but it could also be someone else, who knows at this point. 

  All I can tell you is the Bernie and Trump phenomena are the symptoms of the 1^st Stage of a Revolution, as the social contract between the people and the government disintegrate, at the time the world is entering a recession, in the midst of a long depression that has never been reported, yet it still exists.

The FED Will Continue To Raise Rates…

…BECAUSE IT HAS TO

People, the markets, are looking at the Fed’s motivations from a rear view mirror that has absolutely nothing to do with what’s coming down the road.  It’s that nether world of silence just before it explodes into the vacuum of imagination where this time it’s different and things ostensibly remain the same.

  Dead up ahead, that stop sign flashing in the night, it reads the end of the Petro-Dollar… welcome to the Twilight Zone.

  America doesn’t buy its oil from the Middle East anymore, but China does. Further, America’s roll as the guiding force in support of Saudi Arabia’s 272-year quest to establish a Wahhabi Islamic Sharia State beyond the borders of the old Ottoman Empire, has evaporated under the fire of America’s endless wars, which is coming up empty handed against a revitalized Russian military force the has a number of technological edges over us because our bloated military budgets have been ripped off by a military industrial complex gone bat-shit greed-crazy, our prowess washed away in a flood of good money gone after bad in exploration of a full-retard neocon frenzy of foreign policy commandeered by poor judgment and ulterior motives.

  President Xi of China has just returned from a tour of Iran, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and China is now by far their largest client.  He has built a port, road, rail and pipeline across from Oman on a tiny sliver of Pakistan from which to import oil and gas overland directly to China, his checkbook open.

  With the weight of the dollar pressing against the Yuan, as billions in Yuan flee the mainland and his reserves dwindle; faced with the inevitability of devaluating the Yuan against the Dollar, both China and Xi are up against the same problem as all Emerging Nations (EM) today: The Dollar is too strong.

  It is strong simply because it is the worlds reserve currency.  And the common consensus in America and the developed Western world is, “sure it’s a piece of shit (fiat currency), but it’s our piece of shit (fiat currency); and further, up against everyone else’s piece of shit (fiat currency), our shit (fiat currency) truly doesn’t stink.

  George Soros and the world of Western finance are short the Yuan right up to their eyeballs. It has to fall; it has too.

Everyone Is Thinking Like A Dollar,… No, Make That A Petro-Dollar

Yet what happens if or when there is no more Petro-Dollar?  What if Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Iran alike decide that they’ll take Chinese Yuan instead Dollars for all the oil that they’re selling China?

  The Dollar, or should we say, the Petro-Dollar is valued 25% to 50% above its real value contingent upon being, and remaining, the Petro-Dollar…. And if the vaunted Petro-Dollar simply becomes the dollar, which is something that can happen overnight, well, then the dollar is going to come under a great deal of downward pressure.

  It’s not that the Yuan will supplant the Dollar overnight, no one, or no currency is going to do that; at least not overnight.  But it will serve to support the Yuan, and as the dust settles….

   The price of oil, at least in Dollars will rise in the world, along with most imports to America, which will gradually make us more competitive.  Because America, or at least the Dollar, will be forced into the global fiat currency race-to-the-bottom that every country on Earth has been trying to out do each other in a quest of beggar-thy-neighbor for a competitive export edge that has resulted in the destabilization of world trade and a looming world-wide Depression.  For years the Dollar has been killing them in their efforts to keep from drowning in a Sea of Red Dollar ink, trying to pay off all those useless crooked loans that Goldman Suchs and the other 2B2Fail banksters saddled the world with over the past three decades or two.

  When does it end?  How does it end?

Holding The Line

A drop in the dollars value of 25% to 50% is pretty steep and will require some kind of braking, else it will go right through the floor and take everything with it.  And so the FED will be forced to raise rates in order to support the dollar and put some braking to the Dollars fall as the world makes its adjustments.

  What an adjustment that will be; and a fitting one for George Soros and fiends.  Xi (China) needs a way out from bleeding red and a hundred billion a month drain on China’s reserves.  Placing China, or at least the Yuan on a much closer footing with the Dollar is a step in the right direction, and it’s not like China is unprepared.  Already China has in place an alternative to the Western worlds SWIFT bank clearing system, and with AIIB, it has a like alternative to both the IMF and the World Bank. 

  Russia, China, the Middle East, South America, Africa and Eurasia (BRIC & SCO) are going to declare their freedom from the Almighty Dollar, and why shouldn’t they?  America foreign policy has been one of coercion and threats, and the neo-colonialism of debt banking in dollars is killing everyone around the world.  If you don’t live in the United States there are a lot of good reasons to leave the Dollar; most importantly, ones survival.

  Europe can do nothing, nothing but try to survive each state on its own as Europe and the Euro go into a melt-down mode as the worlds sick man, with Deutsche Bank, Greece, Italy and Spain leading the way.  The Euro is finished, no big secret, and the Yuan will eclipse the Euro as the world’s 2^nd largest fiat currency leaving the Dollar number 1, but for how long?  If you’re an EM, why stick with the Dollar when it is the Dollar that is killing you?  And in these deteriorating markets that means just about everyone.

Three Day Weekends and Market Change

Forget three-day weekends before major market shifts.  In China it’s the entire freaking week.   

  And during this week the world is changing faster than you can think it can.  Look at gold, creeping up over its 200-day EMA (Exponential Moving Average) and not just holding, but creeping up some more.  After years of being manipulated down the golden spring is wound like a drunken wolverine unleashed into a crowded Northern Minnesota snow bound bar; the fur and blood are going to fly and no one is getting out unscathed only to be thrown into a cold dark winter.

Gold is about to go higher, much higher, and quickly.

  Don’t think the FED is going to hold to raising rates on schedule?  Still think NIRP is both the answer and the problem?

  Then you don’t understand the problem.  And just when you think you now understand the problem, the problem is going to start to transform itself into revealing its true underlying problem.  And that problem is both our nations government, the FED, the 2B2Fails, Wall Street and the whole stinking, putrefying crush of quantitative systemic failure and bankruptcy within the fiscally and morally depraved collective and  racketeering of the Deep State shadow government that rules over all America today.
